我住過最特別的開放式青旅，全是平房。門前是一大片草地通往Wanaka湖。離購物商場也不遠。房間、衞生都很大。還可以在房間內喝下午茶，管理細緻入微，幾點關窗都有規定，以免打擾鄰居

還未裝修好，沒有餐廳（裝修後的餐廳應該是可以看到湖的）。地上都是石子，建議行李箱超重的人不要考慮這裏，你需要一路提着行李箱走進來。
這裏每個房間外部都像極了新冠隔離房、工程項目部、民工房…
大門是一個簾子擋着磨砂玻璃。廁所沒有鏡子，吹頭髮需要到床邊的鏡子吹。廁所的燈打開後換風氣也跟着打開，聲音震耳欲聾，後來上廁所都不想開廁所燈。
另外預訂時候房間詳情顯示有電視、有空調，結果是沒有電視也沒有空調。早上直接被冷醒。
我這個房間門口搭建了室外臨時吃飯的地方，可以聽到外面人説話聲，非常影響休息。不能打開窗簾，否則你能看到有人坐在外面聊天吃飯，沒有一點私隱！
這家青旅跟特卡波和庫克山的hakahouse相差甚遠，我覺得另外兩個青旅拼的房間也比這個單人間好。

剛好飯店大整修工程進行中，可是一點也沒干擾到，以後一定是個超高評價的住宿環境，很棒的廚房，很優的6人房型，空間很大。
