Central Court Motel Warrnambool

The motel is in decent shape. The hot and cold water can be adjusted easily. The room is big enough for 2 pax and necessary amenities are provided. The two set back are: 1. Laundary service is not there. 2. The Wifi internert is not updated, showing 3 bar but with connection speed of One bar or just drop off without warning.....

Staff and management where great property is starting to look tired but was clean an convenient to everything.

Room was clean and spacious. Airconditioning didn't work but we were also provided with a fan which helped a bit on a very humid night. Outside, there was a boarded up pool (what a pity) and the restaurant was not operational. Reasonably close to shops, it's right on the highway which we weren't expecting. Overall an OK experience.

The room was clean overall, however the state of the shower in our room was awful.. mouldy around the floor & wall tiles, cracked and rusted enamel on the base. We preferred not to use it. The carpet also could do with a steam clean as large visible stains, and the wardrobe door was broken off its railing. Bed and sheets were clean

You get what you pay for here as it is low budget compared to alternatives in Warrnambool. However, despite the excellent attention from the friendly receptionist there were just too many things go wrong on my visit. TV didn't work - quickly replaced. Bathroom floor slick with water - soon dried off by receptionist. Dead cricket in coffee mug, which I didn't find until my first mouth-full - I survived. Day 2 the aircon failed - replaced with a portable heater by (you guessed it) the receptionist. Room was clean, large and comfortable. It has a lift to first and second floors. The receptionist deserves a medal for dealing quickly and cheerfully with the problems listed.

Place was very messy and not well maintained around the whole property. Room was extremly dated and cracked basins & tiles. Tap shower diverter didn't work properly. Advice DONT STAY here!

Manager is onsite for help, and was lovely. Unfortunately their restaurant has been closed for more than a year, despite LM still showing pics of it open and Limited room service was listed when I booked, but has since been changed to reflect the closed restaurant.The wifi wasn’t working for the first night, but I believe has since been fixed. The second night we were kept awake by loud, inconsiderate guests in the courtyard. The bed was comfy the pillows were lovely and the aircon was effective. The bathroom, while dated, had a great shower (over bath with curtain) with good hot water and pressure. Car parking is tight, but off street, and the property is soon to have a renovation. There’s plenty of food options within walking distance, and a kettle, toaster and microwave- and crockery. The manager is very friendly and approachable and was available to me when I somehow managed to demagnetise my key out of reception hours.
