The rooms are tiny, if you need something basic like a bed and shower it is great but for $165 a night it is not what I expected. There is a pool which is dirty and a spa which says it is heated and is not. An activity room which has a pool table with no balls and a table tennis table with no balls. The room and the activity room had a stale smell. And the beds are like rocks.

Can not see how they can stay open let alone charge $240 for a basic motel room. Its dirty. Broken main stairs, the pool amnd spa water is so cloudy would not be game to swim in it. The area near pool to sit and relax is trashy and rubbish everywhere. In all our travels this would have to be the worst presented accomodation we have ever stayed in. Disgrace of a business.

WE BOOKED THIS MOTEL FOR THREE NIGHTS. ON ARRIVAL WE FOUND THE OWNER JUST WANTED TO SELL UP AND GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS WHICH PARTIALLY EXPLAINS THE EXISTING QUALITY OF THIS MOTEL. WE FOUND MOULD IN THE BATHROOM UP NEAR THE EXHAUST FAN AND THE DOOR TO THE BATHROOM WAS VERY LOOSE AND CAME OFF IN MY HAND. WE FOUND THE MOTEL VERY NOISY AT NIGHT AND THE CURTAINS DIDN'T FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY. WE ALSO FOUND THAT THE MOTEL WAS POORLY STOCKED IN THE WAY OF PLATES AND CUTLERY. THE ROOM WE WERE GIVEN BORE ABSOLUTELY NO RESEMBLANCE TO ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE FINALLY, THE PRICE PER NIGHT FOR THIS VERY SECOND-RATE MOTEL WAS VERY HIGH, WE PAID $220 PER NIGHT AND FOR WHAT WE GOT WAS FAR FROM SATISFACTORY. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

This is a classic 70s style motel. Our room had been refurbished and was clean but the external of the place is very tired. The staff were good. This is a noisy motel, right on the highway, don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper.Their are definitely better options in Warrnambool
