Located next to Warrnambool City Hall, very centrally located and very convenient! The hotel has attentive service and is very suitable for a big family trip! It's very close to the beach, so you must go to the beach to check in!

Great place to stay, so close to many restaurants and the centre of the city. The only downfall is there are no lifts, so all luggage has to be carried up stairs, but management was happy to help if needed.

No plans - just looked at the place and appeared to be good. I was not disappointed. The Franchise Manager (by his name badge) was so warm and friendly, very detailed on what amenities were available close by. Rate this place and will definitely book again.

From the time I arrived the staff were very friendly, my room was very spacious with a full kitchen, it was very nice and clean, the location is also excellent, so close to all the shops and restaurants, you can very easily walk to everything, no need to drive your car. I very much appreciate the upgraded room too, thank you.

This was an excellent property, spacious rooms and ample amenities. Very comfortable and happy to have a washing machine. Employees were all friendly and helpful.
Could use night tables in the bedroom.
