Terrible furnishings, no hot water from the sink, cold water pouring out from the shower all of a sudden. And the room was very dusty. Very noisy since the room given was very near to carpark. Strongly not recommend to stay.

Great location for our purposes, dated but very clean, staff friendly and helpful, really the only negatives I could mention were the shower water pressure was low and the shower was missing a wall mounted soap dish. Other than that was great!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large. The receptionist was also very polite. But because I arrived late, there was only the last room, which felt like a semi-ba*****t and the room was relatively dark. I told the front desk that I was not satisfied and they immediately agreed to refund me. But in the end I forgot about it. Overall recommended, but not this room.

We stayed in double room with 1xQ & 3xS. Great little motel. Carpet needs cleaning. Everything else was great. Beds are comfy as well. Tv was great. Toilet & shower was fine. Kitchen was equipped, hot water kettle can do with replacement. Aircon was near new. Entry was keyless which was great.

Basic, clean accommodation close to shops and attractions. We stayed 2 nights and the room was adequate for our needs, bed was very comfortable. If booking a spa room bear in mind the tub can only comfortably fit 1 person. Good budget-friendly motel in the heart of Warrnambool.
