Location is 10 km from center of Warsaw, so if you want to go downtown by foot, forget it. You wont be able to see anything from Warsaw, unless you use a taxi. We came by car, and whwn we asked for ticket for parking garage, receptionist told us that we must go to reception each time we want to go out with our car. So, if we have to go 5 times to the town, we will need to ask each time a new ticket for parking. If you think that this is because they have a guard in the garage, some extra security devices or similar. Forget it. They just have a comon cameras which I dont beleive that work at all. So if you have an expencive car, you left it on your responsibility. When we enter into a room, dissapointment was complete. Card for entering a room is the same card you have to use for the electricity, meaning that when you left a room, refrigirater will be swich off, your mobile will stop charging the batery, etc. Beside that, there is only one place to switch on the lap top, or camera, or similar device. When you search room for business travel, this is more than insuficient. Plug in beside the bed are so low that you have to put mobile on the floor in order to charge it. Carpets are dirty and with stains. There are also stains on both armchairs. Tea set is settled in the darked corner of the room, so that you cant se what are you doing. Light switches are mixed up, so when you are laying in bed you must stand up from bed to switch off the light, which make the bed lamps useless. There is no bathrobe, there is no slippers, there is no soap, or shampoo (just gel for showerbath). Space in the shower cabin is without plastic or rubber protection on the floor, so you can break you legs, because the floor is enormously slippy. Air condition in the room is not adjustable, so, either you will freeze, or you will be boiled. This hotel must be ranked with 2 stars at most.

Hotel is situated in business district within short 5-10 minutes ride from WAW airport ( 17 - 20 PLN for taxi ). Moderately priced. New building with kind of industrial design, everything inside fresh and stylish. Rooms are comfortable and have everything inside for any traveller. Very good restaurant on site, which is also providing good and tasty breakfast. Negative - nothing specifically to mention. Positive - food and general ambience. Overall - highly recommend.

Stayed here during the pandemic mid July. Takes the pandemic very seriously. Mask wearing enforced. Sanitizer everywhere. This was important for us as one of us had an operation while here. Wifi has different connections depending on what area of hotel you are in. 1 for room, 1 for hotel area, 1 for bar. We had no problem video calling and binging on netflix. Staff are lovely, rooms and hotel very clean. Food is lovely in the restaurant. Breakfast is what you expect. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cold ham, cheese, tomatoes and some polish choices. Pastries & rolls, variety of teas & coffees. Uber will deliver to the hotel room door. (We weren't venturing too far from the hotel). I'd definitely recommend a stay here. No housekeeping during pandemic (suited us and dont know if we asked would they clean the room), everything that isnt essential is removed from the room but a quick call to reception and they have whatever you want to your door. They are that fast, dont take a quick trip to the bathroom, you wont have time. They are at your door in lightening speed. Its impressive. You leave your rubbish or dirty towels etc outside the room door and the staff collect them. Used taxis to get into Warsaw (afraid to get on the bus or metro due to surgery) cost about 10e. Great social distancing. The Polish are definitely taking the pandemic seriously. Felt safer here than at home.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.

---- SCAM ALERT ------ As airline crew I stay at 60 + hotels a year And I will advis you to stay away from Platinum Residence if in Warsaw. The charged our account without notice. Reason : some make-up on towels No information at all.. just withdrawal the money for your account. The could write anytime to us via the booking information... But nothing... The just withdrawal you money😨😨 As a traveller I strongly advis you to find another place when in Warsaw in Poland. ----SCAM ALERT !!!---

The hotel is close to the airport and the price is very reasonable. The only problem is that there is no direct bus or shuttle bus to the airport which means it will take you about 20 min to get to the airport. Others are very satisfactory.

The crazy thanks to the hotel and all the staff!!! So the circumstances have come that the hotel has become our home for 3 months and we family are crazy thanks to all the staff of the hotel for calm, humanity, reception and joyful! We brought you a lot of trouble and chaos with our visit from Ukraine (February and March were special for us months), we know and realize it. The management of the hotel and all staff became close to us people 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for your care and attention, for clean rooms and clean beds, for delicious and diverse food, we know that you have tried very hard for us, what only costs Easter and Ukrainian dishes on Christmas 💙💛, we will never forget it! Thank you for our children, for patience and care, for the children's room with toys and attention to our children! Recommend the hotel, now I know where to stay in Warsaw with my family, during my tourist visit 🙌
