Hotels Near Garden Center - Remember the Gardens in Warsaw

I stayed here for a few nights on a sightseeing trip and had a lovely stay. The location is convenient for getting around as there are tram and bus stops directly outside the hotel and also a metro station less than ten minutes away (Dworzec Gdanski). You can also walk to the Old town easily. To and from the airport I preferred taking a taxi though as there is no direct line. The breakfast had everything I expected; various breads, cereals and hot dishes such as scrambled egg and sausages and fruit. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the only noise I heard was from the odd siren outside during the night (I stayed in a room facing the busy street but was on the 5th floor so that helped). The rooms were very warm though and the air condition seemed to be set to heating only (maybe always at this time of year) so this was a little uncomfortable. The duvet was really thick as well so took a while to get used to. Other than that I think it's a great hotel for the price and location and would highly recommend it. The wifi was also superb, worked throughout the hotel and didn't cut out once.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

This is a nice hotel, good accommodation, great location within 5/10 walk mins of three railway stations and closer to tram and underground BUT……. It has real issues with staff errors and then quoting polish law giving them 14 days to fix issues / complaints doesn’t exactly give a good view of customer focus or indeed reward of loyalty to IHG’s brand or this hotel where I have stayed a few times before. Due to a queue at reception I just left the card and did express checkout, however 10 minutes after I left the hotel took a payment for DOUBLE the correct room rate. An hour after that they then took another payment for the correct amount but did not cancel the original payment - clearly someone’s made an error and charged me someone else’s room and then thought putting it through again would fix it. Wrote to hotel and got a snotty email back in a tone that did not accept they had made an error. This email didn’t apologise either but it did quote under polish law we have 14 days to fix this which is pretty bad. There was also no appreciation that taking multiple payments in error could give some people financial difficulty as they cannot then access the funds taken in error I am now having to get my bank to complete chargeback as I am not waiting 14 days for them to reverse a payment taken in error This isn’t the first staff related issue I’ve had at this hotel so I won’t be back as there are plenty of other IHG hotels nearby that can operate without errors or sending snotty emails to Diamond Elite IHG members - on a previous visit they put me in a room right above on site construction work which was nice of them! If your going to risk staying here I’d advise paying upfront and not using express checkout

Had a great stay. Location is perfect, various number of restraunts nearby and great transport connection. Apartment was clean, warm and very comfortable. Easy and fast check-in with friendly and helpful staff. I was also able to leave my bag in their office until my evening train, which was very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again when traveling to Warsaw alone or with someone

I spent one night with my daughter in a double room in Campanile Varsovie in February 2022. On booking I had asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what we got :). It was very important as my daughter was to have an exam the following day and she really needed a good night rest. The bedroom and bathroom were pleasant and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Also, the hotel is just one stop away from the railway Warszawa Central - the main station in Warsaw, with which it is connected by an inner-city railway, on which the ride to the Ochota stop (next to the hotel) takes just two minutes. The hotel is situated in the city centre - close to all the main attractions. On the morning of the checkout we were greeted with complementary doughnuts, as it was the popular doughnut holiday in Poland (”Tłusty czwartek”). A small gesture but a nice one!

It is only a 5-minute drive from Lazienki Palace. The hotel has a parking lot. The single charge is slightly expensive and the parking space is very tight. After we paid, we couldn't find a seat and parked on the street outside the hotel. The facilities in the house are basically those of a convenient hotel, and diligent cleaning is an advantage.

Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

We arrived early and sadly our rooms weren’t ready but we were permitted to leave cases in their care until we got back from exploring. We came back early evening to check In which was fast and our group got issued room keys with a description of all the benefits and times of breakfast etc. we were allocated room 360 which was huge and a massive bathroom containing a bath and a shower (was truly massive) Restaurant in the evening was dire mist if the group got their food but they seemed to forget about my order so after waiting and waiting I stormed out the restaurant and not even a sorry was given. Putting that aside breakfast was fantastic and probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen in a hotel with the choice of eggs freshly cooked off the Al a carte menu. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very flimsy. Hairdryer isn’t very fast and took me ages to dry my hair so if you need one take your own. The bath was love,y and wish I could’ve bought that home with me was a luxury to be able to fit in the bath with ample room. We walked to town in the morning and was a fresh brisk walk but it’s doable so you get to take In the embassy’s etc but if you don’t like or can’t walk fat then a taxi or Uber will do as it’s quite far out. We loved our stay and the group of 6 we all enjoyed ourselves. This would be definitely an option to return if the prices were right. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. Stayed here during the pandemic mid July. Takes the pandemic very seriously. Mask wearing enforced. Sanitizer everywhere. This was important for us as one of us had an operation while here. Wifi has different connections depending on what area of hotel you are in. 1 for room, 1 for hotel area, 1 for bar. We had no problem video calling and binging on netflix. Staff are lovely, rooms and hotel very clean. Food is lovely in the restaurant. Breakfast is what you expect. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cold ham, cheese, tomatoes and some polish choices. Pastries & rolls, variety of teas & coffees. Uber will deliver to the hotel room door. (We weren't venturing too far from the hotel). I'd definitely recommend a stay here. No housekeeping during pandemic (suited us and dont know if we asked would they clean the room), everything that isnt essential is removed from the room but a quick call to reception and they have whatever you want to your door. They are that fast, dont take a quick trip to the bathroom, you wont have time. They are at your door in lightening speed. Its impressive. You leave your rubbish or dirty towels etc outside the room door and the staff collect them. Used taxis to get into Warsaw (afraid to get on the bus or metro due to surgery) cost about 10e. Great social distancing. The Polish are definitely taking the pandemic seriously. Felt safer here than at home.
