I was in Warsaw with an organized tour and the travel agency chose this hotel for accommodation. If I was traveling alone, I would never have chosen this hotel. One night here was enough. The tiny room was equipped with only basic, simple furniture. The bathroom was not a classic bathroom but a built-in cell with a metal floor. The shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain, so when showering there was water everywhere on the floor. From outside, some equipment (probably ventilation) hummed permanently and quite loudly all night, the bed with a spring mattress was uncomfortable. You could only connect to wifi by entering your email address and agreeing to the sending of advertising messages, so I'd rather not used wifi here. The room reminded me more of a student accommodation than a hotel. The breakfast was not bad, but it was really only basic and the guests had to take the used dishes to the racks (like in fast food). In my opinion, a hotel for a very undemanding traveler who is traveling on a budget.

The hotel lobby environment is quite satisfactory, the service staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is mostly food with local characteristics. The number of squares in the room is not large, but it is still warm and the scenery outside the window is acceptable. The advantage of the whole hotel is that it is located in the core area of the old city, there are many scenic spots around, and the transportation and shopping are more convenient. During the epidemic, the occupancy rate was not high, and the disinfection and epidemic prevention measures were still in place.

The apartment very disappointed me. With no rooms in other standards we got Junior Siut. The general impression is good. It's a new investment, so the rooms are still clean and clean. Most furniture is completely unfunctional, the fridge under the oven (?!) at the table, made it a nightmare use. A compositioned canpa, which drove off after laying down while sitting on it. Equipment in the kitchenette: 3 tbsp for a cross, a small teflon-cut pan and one small already-cut scissor. Of course the cup also were, in the amount of 3 pieces. One small bag for garbage! No paper towels or some kind of towels in the kitchen. Apartment with anesque? This is some joke, it was in the apartments and it was always in them coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Because it is anesthetic apartments!!! Noisyly called a set of cosmetics, it is a cheap gel for shower in a collective dispenser. Of course cleaning in rooms extra paid. Nothing I've ever slept in Mecure and room at the same price is heaven and earth. At 7:00, the bad guy broke us up on the evacuation alarm. That, in fact, it was known after a moment that it was a false alarm that we learned only after we left the building and after a moment we went to the reception where it was as if nothing had happened. From the window view the wall of the block with balconies, no privacy, but I knew which hotel I was choosing. Well, it's a location in the center of ... I think it's the outskirts of the center of Warsaw. It may be a center for Warsaw, but not necessarily for hotel guests.

Reasons for choosing this hotel: First, it is located in the city center and is close to most major attractions. It is very convenient to walk or take public transportation. There are many restaurants to choose from around the hotel. Second, the various facilities are well maintained and not outdated, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Third, he has a good service attitude and responds to requests. Fourth, the breakfast is pretty good, with dumplings, hot dishes and other foods suitable for Chinese tastes. All in all, it is still a cost-effective hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of ​​the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine. The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals. The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

Bit of a disappointment, to tell the truth. Hotel seems relatively new, and room has some indicators of an attempted make over (e.g. closets looked just installed). However the rest feels dated and not well maintained. Photos on their web site / booking platforms much better than reality. Close to Fabryka Norblina - the only reason for booking - but surely never again. On top of that - the filthiest bathroom I've seen for ages (see photo) :((, with a tribute to ”ifixit”mems... Silver lining - there was a great extremely enthusiastic and friendly guy at desk during checkout, helped with everything (including a bit of quest to locate and get to underground parking). Again only to be replaced by an indifferent lady the next morning...

We spent 1 week in this lovely hotel and our experience was really positive. It’s located about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We ordered an Uber and the cost was under £10. The hotel is not quite in the centre of Warsaw but everything is close by and the public transport links were excellent. A real revelation was that most of the taxi rides with Free Now were under £3. Great value, especially if you are feeling lazy! Electric scooters are also available outside of the hotel and £1.80 for the day gets you unlimited free unlocks and 60 mins of free riding with Tier. Bolt, Lime and Dott also have scooters with similar offers. Warsaw has many bicycle lanes making cycling and scootering relatively safe. As others have noted, our hotel room was small. However, it comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a 14 year old. The bed in our room was king sized and our 14 year old slept on the sofa bed, which she said was very comfy. Housekeeping is every three days as standard but can be daily on request. All the staff on reception were lovely and friendly. Things like toothbrushes, sewing kits, sanitary products etc are available free of charge on request. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room. Our room had multiple power points and a few USB charging points. This meant that we didn’t really need to have a European adapter with us. The hotel is dog friendly and dogs can stay in your hotel room for a supplement of 100zl per night. Light sleepers beware! The hotel rooms don’t seem to be sound proofed so you will hear trams, emergency sirens etc from about 5am onwards. This didn’t bother us at all. More of an observation really. Breakfast is included in the room rate and we really enjoyed it. The offering is the same daily but there is a lot of variety. Lots of cold meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, yoghurts etc. Juices, water and coffees are also readily available. Vegans have a section all for themselves and this includes tofu scrambled eggs. This hotel shares the same building as The Crowne Plaza hotel and you can access the restaurants for the Crowne Plaza. We went to Nova Wola on the first floor. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the environment very classy but it was definitely pricey. There is a bar with terrace on the 21st floor. It gets busy, especially if you want a terrace table, so book in advance.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
