This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Warsaw. The theater/opera theme is lovely and carried out well throughout the hotel. The breakfast facility is nice and food was good. Our room was right on the street so too noisy to open windows at night but very quiet with the windows closed. We also had a water stain on our rug that made the room feel less than clean.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Julkinen liikenne liikkuu ihan vierestä ja vanha kaupunki kävelymatkan päässä. Todella siistiä kaikissa tiloissa, aamupala erinomainen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.
Läheisen discon äänet kuuluvat tiettyihin huoneisiin selvästi. Seurueemme toinen pariskunta oli majoitettu eri puolelle hotellia ja melu ei vaivannut heitä lainkaan.

Pros - very stylish room - robes were incredibly soft - amazing shower and water pressure - nice staff - good location - new water bottles in the room everyday Some things we experienced: - we had to ask for fresh towels - Our shower drain was blocked. We notified reception and it was immediately fixed. For those looking to stay on New Year’s Eve like we did - maybe reconsider if you want a decent night sleep. The noise from outside was unbearable. There is nothing the hotel could do, it’s not their fault and I suspect all hotels in this area had the same issue.

We take 7-8 holidays per annum and found this boutique hotel to be a real gem with more than a hint of luxury. Situated within walking distance of all main attractions and on a lively active street. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and found the food to be the best we have ever encountered at any hotel around the world. The scramble eggs with bacon and the porridge were to die for and kept us topped up for most of the day. Just didn’t like the temperamental coffee machine. The bedroom was very nicely furnished and the ensuite was very nice also woth beautiful quality fittings. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The test for a stay at any hotel is would you return and in the case of the Teatro we must definitely will return. Thank you for making the wonderful trip to Warsaw very special. Warsaw was also a wonderful city visit.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, pudiendo ir andando al caso antiguo en un paseo muy agradable. La habitación amplia aunque algunos detalles hacen bajar mi puntuación. Por ejemplo, el aire acondicionado se controla remotamente por lo que si hace calor o frío, no eres autónomo para regularlo. Luego la habitación se quedó sin gel de ducha y el personal del hotel justificándose diciendo que sí que había cuando no había. En fin, sabor agridulce entre lo bien ubicado, habitaciones amplias y servicios no propios de un hotel de 4 estrellas con los precios que tiene. El desayuno amplio y de buena calidad. A los 3-4 días tiré las toallas al suelo para que se cambiasen y no lo hicieron (nunca me había pasado algo así)
