The first time I came to Warsaw, the hotel is next to Hermes. It is very clean, but getting into the room is a bit tortuous. If I have the opportunity, I will choose to stay for a few more days. This trip is relatively fast

Pros: Large rooms, great location, luxurious amenities, but lacks some exclusive feel. There is also a small study room in the room, which is very convenient for work.
Disadvantages: breakfast can only be ordered, and there are too few varieties for self-service

Simply one of the best hotels I have stayed in. First class service, great room, great amenities and the best best sheets. Nothing was too much trouble and the gesture at the end (the concierge and Eric know that I mean) was so wonderful. I would not hesitate to return. The only problem now is that I have been spoilt.

Bardzo miły pobyt. Hasła reklamowe oddają styl i elegancję hotelu. Skorzystałam z oprowadzania z art concierge panem Łukaszem, bardzo przyjemnie spędzony czas. Dużo dowiedziałam się o sztuce współczesnej i kolekcji hotelu. Rewelacyjnie urządzona duża strefa SPA - basen, sauna, jacuzzi, pokoiki do odpoczynku i masaży. Nie było dużo ludzi, wieczorem ok. 21 i rano o 9.00. Fantastyczna łazienka - wanna, sól do kąpieli o aromatycznym zapachu. Ponieważ miałam urodziny, w pokoju czekała na mnie niespodzianka - pyszny torcik. Wieczorem przyszła pokojówka posłać łóżko, zabrać śmieci i uzupełnić wodę butelkowaną. Bardzo miłe. Wygodne łóżko dwuosobowe, chyba nigdzie nie spotkałam tak szerokiego łóżka. Ciekawy film na temat historii hotelu w hotelowym telewizorze. Polecam obejrzeć.

Cadre enchanteur dans un lieu magique qui a su renaitre de ses cendres. Personnel à l'écoute et souriant, un séjour parfait pour profiter des merveilles de la ville. La restauration - petits-déjeuners et repas sont à la hauteur de la réputation du Raffles.

We had an insects infestation in our room. Although it was fixed, we did not get offered to change room. Further, we did not receive any form of apology from the staff at the time of check out. Far from being a 5 star hotel. Will never stay at a Raffles again. I wrote twice by X with no response. Very sad and disappointing.
