H15 Boutique Hotel, Warsaw, a Member of Design Hotels

Good hotel nice location

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in May in our first visit to Warsaw. Beautiful rooms, furnishing and comfort. Wonderful staff willing to help with anything.Food was fantastic from the breakfast to the bar food, we didn’t eat in the main restaurant but it was always busy so I suspect it must be good! Other reviews have said how quiet I was, I would say that the lifts are very noisy for about an hour in the morning, presumably the cleaning staff so if you want a lie in you won’t get it. Also the day we arrived we had some food in the bar area, this was somewhat spoilt as the hotel were obviously doing some PR pictures for their website, so we had models, cameras etc and at no time did anyone come and tell us about this or apologise for this, which did spoil our first meal in the bar. Whilst I do not speak Polish, except for the hello, goodbye etc the staff that I came across did struggle with English, and with a hotel that is clearly one of the best in Warsaw I would expect staff to have a better understanding but this did not spoil my time there just an observation.

Classy and luxurious place in the centre of Warsaw but quiet at the same time. Space and amenities in the hotel’s room made my stay very pleasant. Never slept better. The staff is helpfull, smiled and highly professional. Breakfast served is one of the best in Warsaw - menu card with warm dishes prepared as you wish it to be, wide range of sweets and pastry, fresh juices and the buffet full of anything you can imagine. The breakfast is served in beautiful sunny patio. Check in and out quick and professional. I will recommend this place for those, who likes feeling comfortable but need some space for themselves at the same time in a luxurious atmosphere.

One of the best places I've stayed in recent years. Smart looking rooms with walk-in closet, huge marble bathroom and everything you could ever need. The bed was very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked reasonably well, air conditioning was quiet - I realised I didn't need it for my stay. Generally quiet in the hotel but the English FA cup was causing some excitement amongst guests while I was there. Short corridors minimise the noise from other guests, very quiet road outside although I was facing the inner glass-covered courtyard which is used for breakfast. The breakfast is relatively expensive. I tried it on the last day and there was a very wide range on offer as you'd expect. I ordered some apple pancakes which were very good and sampled a few of the pastries and fruit. The coffee machine espresso wasn't for me but the rest was perfect. Good for business trips, perhaps too expensive for a family trip every day. Lots of nearby cafes, restaurants and a Zabka convenience store one minute's walk away with surprisingly good fruit. It's convenient from the main railway station (Warszawa Centralna), about a ten minute walk, a few more if wheeling heavy luggage. There's a pleasant, cheap direct train to Krakow (about 2.5 hours) making it easy to visit both in one trip. My mini-bar fridge wasn't working. I had a look for an on/off switch and couldn't find one. I mentioned it but it didn't get resolved while I was there. One of the USB sockets was a bit iffy and I had to wiggle it to get it to charge my tablet. The breakfast area has a prominent Taittinger (champagne) sign on a central table. That sort of branding/sponsorship always seems a bit tacky to me. I will definitely be tempted to stay again when I return to Warsaw.

Hotel itself is very nice - super clean, freshly renovated, rooms with lots of space and it has an excellent location. Great service! Members of staff Alina and Filip went out of their way to help in accommodating the request regarding the room, which I really appreciate. However, there is still place to grow: the design could be a bit more design forward to keep with the current name “design hotel” ;) unfortunately, breakfast is not included in the rate.

I am visiting many hotels in many places , but this one H15 in Warsaw is the most beautiful and special place i visited , it's a old building with full of history , the area is so special and the crew in the hotel so nice with the best service you can expect . Thanks
