The hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. Exceptional service from Magdalena and Filip. I will be back here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place. Large rooms, great service. Clean and well appointed. Fantastic location.

To najlepsze miejsce w sercu Warszawy🫶🏻 Jeśli taka wymagająca kobieta jak ja szuka komfortu, pysznych smaków, braku stresu , a jednocześnie możliwości prowadzenia rozmów biznesowych i prywatnych, to jest to najlepsze miejsce w dalej Warszawie❤️ Gościnność, przemiły recepcjonista, niezastąpiona concierge Magda, obecność dyrektora Szymona czuwającego nad komfortem gości jest niezastąpiona ❤️, intymność i piękne wnętrza. Kuchnia pod okiem szefa Daniela jest na najwyższym poziomie. Po prostu można zakochać się w połączeniach smaków i zapachów, atrakcyjności podania i pomysłów na dania. We stayed in H15 Boutiqu Hotel during our wedding ceremony in Warsaw. The hotel is in a great location, and very classy! We booked the hotel 6 months prior to the event and we had many requests for the Guest Relartions Manager, Magdalena. Magdalena was amazing and helped us with every request. We had several rooms booked, including the penthouse. We required early check in, late check out, photos of the rooms in advance, parking for guests. We also had so many vendors on site during the preparation for our wedding ceremony. The hotel were really accomodationg for photographers, videographers, planners, coordinators, family and friends. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our special day. We would highly recommend H15 especially if you are preparing a special event such as a wedding. And a special thank you to Magdalena who made our stay and event completely stress free :) Mr & Mrs Smith

What a great hotel! Our room was very spacious, with comfortable amenities, lovely furnishings and a comfortable bed which was turned down with chocolate each evening. The staff was wonderful with a particular shout out to Magdalena, the concierge, who went over and above to make sure the arrangements for our excursions were just perfect. When circumstances demanded last minute changes, Magdalena took it all in stride and handled the situation beautifully. She was amazing. We felt like we had made a new friend.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in May in our first visit to Warsaw. Beautiful rooms, furnishing and comfort. Wonderful staff willing to help with anything.Food was fantastic from the breakfast to the bar food, we didn’t eat in the main restaurant but it was always busy so I suspect it must be good! Other reviews have said how quiet I was, I would say that the lifts are very noisy for about an hour in the morning, presumably the cleaning staff so if you want a lie in you won’t get it. Also the day we arrived we had some food in the bar area, this was somewhat spoilt as the hotel were obviously doing some PR pictures for their website, so we had models, cameras etc and at no time did anyone come and tell us about this or apologise for this, which did spoil our first meal in the bar. Whilst I do not speak Polish, except for the hello, goodbye etc the staff that I came across did struggle with English, and with a hotel that is clearly one of the best in Warsaw I would expect staff to have a better understanding but this did not spoil my time there just an observation.
