It was a good stayed , everything was perfectly clean and tidy , good location , nice front desk personal . One complaint was about some teenagers being noisy in the third floor of the hotel, slamming the doors, running and being so loud when people were trying to get some rest before going to bed. Besides of that it was good !

Receptionist allowed us to check in earlier, thanks her for that. Sauna was very good, we liked our room, it’s big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I’ll recommend it to my friends

Very close to Chopin airport. Room was big and clean but no ac.

The hotel is comfortable, looks more like an studio apartment then hotel room but the service could be better. First night that we arrived there was no hot water available till afternoon the next day. Reception just told us that as a fact, with no apologies whatsoever. Otherwise, not bad. Quite far from the center but close to Chopin Airport.

The Arch Hotel in Warsaw has a spacious and quiet environment. The room is clean and tidy. The receptionist taught me how to buy train tickets enthusiastically. The dinner downstairs was very good, but the breakfast was not good.

There is almost no food nearby, only the restaurant of the hotel. There are some houses and two convenience stores nearby. The hotel is divided into two areas, and the counter and accommodation are separated. The hotel staff are stinky and unfriendly. The room is quite small and ordinary. I will not stay here again next time!

The room facilities are OK, but the safety issue should be paid attention to. There were people knocking on the door twice in the middle of the night. I don't know if they found the wrong room or who it was. I was so worried that I didn't sleep well all night.

The room was big and clean. The hotel has two buildings, and the restaurant is in building 2. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety.

Satisfied, better than expected. From the airport, take the 148 bus directly. In the morning, there is a 331 bus to the main subway station. The price is right, independent space, clean and tidy. Cool weather doesn't need air conditioning.

Of the benefits of a 24-hour front desk, in Polish and English. Cleanliness and silence. Second hotel. In principle, you can find a place where you can park your car for free. There are places behind the hotel on a dirt road. Cons: there is no store close, there is a stove, but there are no spoons or forks, no pots and pans. The water is hot from the shower as if from a boiler: hot or cold does not mix well. Parking PLN 30 if you are not lucky with free parking. At night, the police go and monitor. Wifi only at the reception, not in the rooms.
