My boss lives in the same hotel and many other employees, and I was planning to move too. There are few options at this price in Warsaw, so we chose this hotel. I heard about the disgusting service more than once from employees, but did not attach any importance to it, since we are all now preoccupied with other issues. Questions about providing themselves and their employees with jobs, questions about their relatives who are in Ukraine and hear shelling and bombs every day, are in bomb shelters, etc. Therefore, the fact that the hotel does not bring an iron for two weeks, or does not clean the rooms unless you tell us about it ten times, or does not offer corporate discounts, or is inattentive to guests - seems funny to us)) But when this situation happened, I want to tell you so that every next guest of this hotel will think about their choice! I gave the items to my assistant and she took them to the dry cleaner. Together with me, she went to the reception and handed over a package with 2 jackets and 1 sweater to an employee, she repeated several times that this was a DRY CLEANER and showed him this word in Polish in the translator, so that there was no doubt that something could go wrong. The next day, I received a call from my assistant Yulichka, with a scream and shock from the situation, things were brought to her room, crumpled up in a bag, in terrible condition and slightly damp. She screamed into my phone - they washed them!!! They washed the last of my clothes from Ukraine, things that cannot be washed in a washing machine, things that we gave them for dry cleaning!! I immediately called the reception employee and told about the situation, to which the girl told me - don’t worry, we will compensate for everything. I relaxed, but was very upset, because aside from finances, these things were my favorite. What happened next was just bad things that have nothing to do with the service, good attitude and people in general! The receptionist asked me to bring my things to the hotel, and after work at 22.00 I was in this hotel with my things. I gave them to the employees, wrote a letter to the head of the reception, and left, spending a lot of time on it! The next day, no one, NO ONE contacted me on their own, I waited until lunch time and called the hotel myself. And then, just shock and nightmare! Reception manager Anna has nothing to do with professionalism and service, just like her employees! She had no empathy, didn't try to solve the problem in any way, she never even apologized, it's just a shame. While talking to her, I became wildly hysterical; she asked me questions about the size of my things and said that they could pet them. Iron things that I will never fit into, because they have become 2 sizes smaller, due to the negligence of the hotel staff!!!
