Can't fault the place at all very clean and good location the only problem is the service when I checked in and opened the door to my room there was a guest in it already, the fact that i had a key to someone else room is quite concerning due to safety. I have no idea how they could of mistaken an occupied room and though it was free would definitely use the safe in case anything like this ever happen again. When I went to the reception and told them of my concerns they didn't seen at all bothered and didn't even apologise. When I got my new room the key was not working so again had to go to the reception, they really need to have some kind of system which shows what rooms are free and which ones are not

The motel is very close to the center so you could walk easily. The lobby very beautiful and neat space The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with many options. Τhe staff is polite and willing to serve you. It is value for money. I recommend it.

This is a gem of a hotel. 10 mins from centre and 10 minute walk down to Riverside. Staff all helpful and pleasant let us check in early. Rooms are on small side but have hanging and shelf space. Bathrooms clean and nice. We were in 116 and this faced the road, it was noisy but I don't mind that. Drinks at lobby bar nice and it's a lovely space to chill in. Breakfast pricey but was good, pastries etc tea, coffee and juices unlimited. Used the app Bolt for taxis very good.

Our king bed room was small. One small table.
No kettle to heat water. No coffee maker.
No tea or coffee in room. Buffet breakfast had minimal choices. Only egg choices were hard boiled eggs. What they did have was pancakes, bread, rolls, crossoints, cheese, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, watercress, cereal, spreads, jam, coffee, teas. Not much of choices to start your day.

3 night stay for our wedding anniversary the hotel was in a good location about 20 minutes walk from old town
The hotel was extremely clean the staff especially the bar staff were polite and really helpful nothing was too much trouble the breakfast was continental but plenty to choose from.
The rooms were on the small side but really clean and the maid came every day
I only have one small criticism is there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room the bar was open 24hrs so you could have a drink anytime but sometimes it’s nice to be able to have one first thing in the morning.
However we would 100%stay here again we loved it
