The hotel it self are superb with delicate design.
Those staff are all so kind and offer nice service.
Especially just next to old town by walking 1 mins.
Enjoy to stay here for the last two nights. If I got change to back to Warsaw. Def gonna stay here again.

Very exquisite, living in the palace, close to the old city, and surrounded by UNESCO heritage sites and attractions. The transportation is convenient. High level of service, professional, attentive and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away.
The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine.
The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals.
The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

I always enjoy staying in a palace. This was no exception. You feel like you are driving into Versailles. This has got to be the best location in town as well. It is within 100 yards to the Castle Square, with the Royal Castle and St. Anne's Cathedral at your doorstep. With the exception of the front desk which did not greet us or assist with luggage, the rest of the staff had it right, they treated you like nobility. Service in the lounge and at breakfast (which was wonderful), was perfect. We were upgraded to a King Suite which was great. Like the rest of the hotel that resembles an art museum, our room was decorated very modern and plush. This was our first taste of Poland and it set a very high standard.

Recently enjoyed a 3 night stay at this fabulous hotel. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the old town. We walked to everywhere we wanted to go to over the weekend. Concierge/Reception very good, we got to check in a little earlier and check out a little later, very helpful in organising taxi, etc. if needed. Also had a bottle of bubbles in our room on arrival. We had a quiet room on the second floor. Bed very comfortable. We had breakfast on one morning only, as there are many little cafes close by. The breakfast we had in the hotel was a lovely experience in a very spacious room. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here when in Warsaw again.

My weekend stay was wonderful! The location - the best of the best, teh hotel intriguing, elegant and interesting. The room was comfortable, bright and superbly equipped. Both the romantic dinner at KUK Restaurant and breakfast were excellent! Highly recommended!

Luxurious hotel in a fabulous location This hotel is styled after the former palace that stood here. The rooms are huge! Bathroom is beautiful and spacious. The service is great, too. The hotel abuts the old town area and is in a fabulous location. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding The only negative is that it is very close to the metro station and you can hear the rumble of the trains from many rooms, so if you are a light sleeper beware.
