I've stayed at the hotel twice already and this time it disappointed me. They gave me a room on the ground floor above the garage. You could hear all the cars coming and going. There were pieces of someone else's hair in the shower stall. The sewerage works poorly. The water in the shower stall does not drain, overflows over the side, flows throughout the bathroom and into the room onto the carpet. If you take a shower, then prepare for a flood. The towel is only for the shower, that is, there is no towel for the legs and face. Toilet paper - half a roll, apparently left over from the previous residents. Breakfast until 10, if you, while at breakfast at 10.01, want coffee, water or something else, you will need to pay for it separately. The staff speaks English but is not very helpful. The good side that it is close to the airport.

All was great! The rooms are nicely decorated, clean bathroom, comfortable bad, tasty breakfast and very polite service. If I come back to Warsaw, I will definitely go to the Gordon Hotel. a place worth recommending. Thank you for a nice stay!

I love staying here! They have a free snack and beverage station, 2 restaurants available, clean and comfy! I've stayed at many hotels for my job, Austin at the front desk has the best customer service of anyone I've come across in hotels!

Carpets filthy, shower drain blocked with loads of stuff in it… mattress protector worn out not a greats stay… I didn’t want to take my shoes off… curtains and nets hanging off the rail… dusty all around… the only positive was the room service… food was amazing!!

super miejsce na czas podróży służbowej - bardzo przyjazny i otwarty zespół - można dobrze zjeść, śniadania bardzo dobre w miłej atmosferze, w recepcji wita uśmiechnięta Pani :) - parking na miejscu, w jednym miejscu z dobrym dojazdem, pomimo bliskości lotniska śpi się bez problemu

Terrible. Staff objected strongly to giving me a drink of water to take my tablets with on 2nd morning. Rooms never refreshed after 4 nights. Water not replenished. Shower door hanging off. No plug. Filthy carpet. Hoovered yes but absolutely filthy. Breakfast apart from the warm buns horrible. TV did not work ( I like world news). Shower tray had black spore mould in it and a hole in it. Overall not even worth £15 a night. There is far better value in Warsaw than this place. The photo of the carpet does not show accurately how disgusting it was. And the photo's on their web advert do not reflect the actual standard of the place.

Good for spending a night before the flight.
Not the quietest place at night.
No soap, no tooth paste. Very basic.
Some cleaning wouldn't hurt as well.
