The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

A M A Z I N G hotel !!!! Very clean, very beautiful. The entire staff of the hotel really helped us with everything we needed. One of the tastiest breakfasts I've had (and I travel a lot). I want to point out that the employee named Daniel really helped me and he is a champion! I recommend everyone who comes to Warsaw to stay at this hotel.

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

L'Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre riesce a proporre prezzi contenuti senza rinunciare alla qualità, grazia alla sua appartenenza alla famiglia Hilton. Le camere sono identiche a quelle di tutti gli altri hotel a marchio Hampton, c'è tutto quello che serve anche se non spaziosissime e la pulizia è ai massimi livelli. La colazione è invece molto varia, e sicuramente sopra le media degli altri Hampton europei. Grazie alla tessera fedeltà Hilton Diamond mi è stata data una camera ai piani alti, con vista panoramica e un sempre gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale, e anche comodo da raggiungere con il treno proveniente dall'aeroporto. Il Palazzo della cultura e della scienza si raggiunge in una decina di minuti a piedi. A 50 metri dall'hotel passano anche diverse linee di tram che permettono di spostarsi agevolmente in città. I prezzi sono generalmente ben sotto i cento euro, che lo rendono una valida soluzione per un soggiorno economico in città.

I liked the touch of orange in the decor as the city centre lacks colour. This is a good choice for someone who plans to walk around the city, also tram stop is almost next door. We arrived by train - a taxi is rather inexpensive and it's a relatively long walk if you have luggage. It took some 35 minutes by taxi to the airport in the evening. The all-round breakfast buffet kept us going for many hours.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. The location is next to the Mokotow shopping mall. The apartment is built in a newly built community. The receptionist is very pretty. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and there are relatively few free parking lots nearby.

Just outside Warsaw, but relatively well connected by train, is the HIR Jozefow; an idyll on the edge of extensive forests and a small tributary of the Vistula, the Swider. A relaxing stay is guaranteed simply because of this location. In addition, the house offers many recreational opportunities, from the spa area to the golf and tennis courts and bicycle rental to a ropes course for children, which offer new varieties every day. On arrival at HIE Jozefow a room upgrade and various nicely designed amenities were waiting for us. The view from the balcony glided over the abundant trees of the hotel property, the playgrounds and sports fields as well as the golf courses. The afternoon sun, when it seemed, heated us up strongly. The beds were of high quality and provided a restful sleep. If you wanted, you could choose from the richly filled (paid) minibar or help yourself to the other cold and hot drinks provided free of charge. In the bathroom, only the ancient shower curtain, which was to be replaced by a fixed shower enclosure, disturbed. Even showering in a bathtub is probably no longer quite up to date, but practicable for sporty condition. Culinary highlights of our stay were the visits to the restaurant Luna & Sol of the hotel. The new chef knew how to create an offer that goes far beyond the level of a usual Holiday Inn, especially in the evenings; and this at a reasonable price level. Whether you helped yourself to the extensive buffet or put together an à la carte menu yourself: local, fresh products, cleverly prepared, always contributed to a successful evening. Of the leisure facilities, we once again made intensive use of the spa area during our stay. The swimming pool and the two saunas promised a varied stay almost at any time. Unfortunately, the indoor pool has only five, quite uncomfortable, because much too hard loungers (without pads), which should be exchanged for those much more comfortable loungers from the relaxation area of the spa. We would like to take this opportunity to thank two people who made our stay extremely pleasant, on behalf of the many employees we met: On the one hand, the Front Office and Reservation Manager who always had an ear for our concerns; on the other hand, the General Manager did everything in his power, to give us a feeling of well-being during our days in ”his” house. Even in its 15th year of existence, the Holiday Inn Jozefow more than lives up to its reputation as a 4-star first-class hotel. The standards that the management practices in this house should give other hotels an example of how upscale hotels should and can function despite the current, worldwide difficulties.
