I took my son for his birthday and we stayed overnight at the knights village. The day itself in the castle was good my son enjoyed it. The knights village not so much, the price £280 for 1 nights stay for two of us and the evening meal was not included in that which for the price I thought was a bit poor. The evening meal was carvery which was £25 for a "large and £15 for a small. The large was a normal sized diner plate and my son's small was like a tea saucer which for the price was extremely annoying. The carvery itself was very poor and the gravy was like water. My son enjoyed himself but not worth the money we definitely wouldn't return

Traveling as a 7-person family from the US, we decided to stay at the Warwick Castle Knight's Village in April and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are super clean, updated and the grounds were immaculate. During our stay, we also booked the dinner and Knight experience at the on-site restaurant. The staff was super helpful (Darren especially) and great with our 5 kiddos. Darren made sure we were taken care of (w/ such a large family as well!) and our family walked away raving about the food and Knight show, which also included a Knight reading the kids a bedtime story. We cannot recommend highly enough! 5 stars

The lodges are lovely and really fitting with the experience of being in the castle and around the knights. They are in pairs (semi-detached), which means noises can be heard from neighbours. The grounds are beautiful, beds were comfortable, shower hot and powerful and WiFi signal good. Our children loved their interactions with the knights in the evening (knight school, duel and bedtime story). We found that the tables were a little cramped in the evening and, after struggling to all get our feet under the table, we weren't easily able to get up as the chairs of the people in the table behind were pressed up against ours. This only seemed to be a problem for tables on the sides, we chose a table in the middle tor breakfast to avoid this. They had ran out of fruit shoots in the evening so we had either Appletiser or refillable fizzy drinks for the children (£3.55 or £5). We didn't have dinner there due to reading reviews here, but we did have breakfast on site. We went for breakfast at 8.30am and some things were spoiled due to either hotplates or lamps - pancakes hard and croissants could be snapped. There was a good choice of cereals, hot breakfast items, toast and jams etc. We all found something good to eat. We really enjoyed the immersive experience and would stay again. The Knights Castle hotel was in construction and is due to open in July 24, we would like to try that perhaps next time we visit the castle.

We booked a woodland lodge for the family and was looking forward to having some quality time together at the lodge but it just wasn’t what we thought it would be. We often book lodges when we go away and they always have a kitchen area and space to be a family but this didn’t have any of that. We also didn’t realise it was a semi detached. When you walk through the door you are litterally in the master bedroom, there is nowhere to sit other than the bed, no fridge, no drawers, no where to store clothes except one shelf in a cupboard which isn’t suitable for a whole family. Even a book on the children’s bedroom door would be helpful but no where at all in their room to store anything at all. Everything literally has to be dumped on the master bedroom floor. No way of eating in your room/lodge because there is no where to sit and no tables etc. The restaurant is very overpriced however credit where credit is due, the entertainment was very good, the kids loved watching the knights battle and learn how to use a sword. The car park is no where near the lodges so I’d recommend taking your own trolly to take everything to your lodge. The shower was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful so it’s a shame we felt the accommodation wasn’t what we thought it was and expensive for basically a bedroom without space to sit or be a family. The castle was fun but again expensive, 45 minute wait for chicken and chips. Loved doing the archery, kids loved the sword school and the zog attractions were great fun. The grounds in the knights village are beautiful, very tranquil in the morning and will be lovely in the summer. The wooden decking you walk on to get to your cabin is very slippery despite the strips, slipped quite a few times. It’s lovely seeing the knights walking around and they’re all great with the kids x

The lodge is well decorated. Places are clean, only the toilet flush is a bit weak. We had dinner at the restaurant. There are great activities for the kids, knight training, sword fighting show and even bedtime story. All the kids enjoyed a lot ! We would probably come back again !

I left 4 stars not 5 because we were not aware of long walk all the tome to cottage and back, and if you don`t traveled by car like us, its not most convenient place to stay.

Would 100% recommend the overnight Santa sleepover! I don't think we will ever beat the experience we had at the light trail, sleepover and stories with Santa. The room. service and food was amazing! from the Christmas market to the Knight's banquet meal we were really impressed! We have done as the usual UK experiences at Christmas from Lego land to Lap land and can confirm this is one of the best! Thank you to all the staff who made it exceptional!
