The Globe

Breakfast due to start at 7:30 so I arrived on the dot. Juices and milk were only just being put out and there seemed to be no cooking going on. There were about 6 people already seated. When approached after 6 minutes,as I was in a rush that day I asked if the server could give me an idea of how long it would take to cook a full breakfast - she could not give me any answer. I opted to just have a bowl of cereal. If breakfast starts at at 7:30 it should be served or servable at that time. Not impressed.

Fun little stay in a beautiful boutique hotel

Nice pub hotel right near town center no parking but public parking nearby.

Friendly welcome. Awesome food - the calzone made in open kitchen in bar was fabulous and the lady chef cooked awesome breakfasts. We the bedroom room 10 was as expected, all facilities and the best shower I think I have ever had!! The only downside was cleanliness in places. The basin pedestal was not clean and the counter in restaurant was filthy underneath however t what you could see was clean. Surprisingly not noisy even on a main road as our bedroom was. Excellent sleep. The man behind bar was very helpful and on our last day the young man serving breakfast was ace. The lack of parking wasn’t great but there are car parks close but most hotels in town don’t have car parks.

Mould growing on the ceiling and on lampshades. TV not working. Shower only suitable for someone under 5'6" tall

Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, good quality, well presented, a very competent chef. Special thanks to the hostess at breakfast for being so welcoming. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Warwick

My Wife and I booked the Globe on the recommendation of our Daughter telling us it was a "no brainer". We booked a hotel room for the night costing £120 and they put £120 on a tab that one can eat, drink etc.....hence you stay for FREE ! We had 2 starters,2 main course meals,2 bottles of wine and 4 latte.....ALL SUPERB. Toiletries are in the room, the Hotel have us a Wine bucket and glasses as we took our own wine, WI-FI is fantastic. Iron and board. Hair dryer.Brilliant TV. Only thing I would say some areas could do with a paint but it certainly didn't bother us. All staff are superb and so helpful, I hope I have got this correct a lady I think called Lucy, she was fantastic. For £120 it's very good ! Just one point don't bother with £8 24 hour parking as in Warwick you can park over night free, the staff (female) in the Globe will tell you where to park,it's 2 minutes walk from Hotel. Warwick shops etc, loads of pubs, and similar to a lot of towns after COVID not a lot but a very pleasant walk round as independent traders unlike most towns. Beautiful hotel. Food is amazing, staff are lovely
