Impeccable service, luxurious facilities and an outstanding FREE breakfast are typically the deal breaker for my family. When you couple all tbat with a location that is a stones throw from amazing restaurants, bars and Nationals Park this hotel over delivers! We will be back!!

Lauren at the front desk is the reason I am giving 5 stars. We had an issue that the other front desk staff wouldn’t address at check in, but lauren fixed their mistake and then went above and beyond to sure that we as diamond members had all we needed.

It was fairly central to everything, so very convenient. Very quiet. Very clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I would only suggest heating the pool.

The front desk is not helpful. The hotel lets guest who do not stay there party and ride the elevators that are supposed to be key entry only. The valet was super late and moved at a snails pace and the room was absolutely filthy. Toilet ran water and spilled on the bathroom floor and there was obviously a party in the room the night before and they did not clean at all. Even with a 4:00 pm check in, it was still disgusting with white and pink cream on the sofa bed, on the floor, broken furniture and tape on the ceiling. I did not feel safe staying there as people who did not pay were singing they could get your key to go to another floor. This is a terrible establishment!

Booked a last-minute getaway for a studio room. Upon arrival, staff was not as friendly. However, my room although it smelled like cigarettes had a great review. Overall, the hotel can use a facelift but nice if you need a quick convenient stay.

Honestly my only complaint is that Valet parking for a one night stay was $67. You don’t really have any other options. At least they didn’t advertise it. But hotel was nice, staff were friendly, everything was in walking distance, area felt safe, and buffet breakfast was great. Overall 9/10.

The property has carpet stains ! And bedsheets yellow !! After I left they tried to charge me for a party, when we didn’t have one !?!!! Very rude manager! Some staff were very helpful but manager NASTY! Never again

The Good: The hotel itself is very nice and I appreciated the size of our suite. The rooftop area has great views and we enjoyed grilling steaks up there. The free breakfast food was decent. Close to metro, restaurants, Whole Foods and Harris Teeter for groceries.
The Bad: We had some negative experiences with the staff, at check in my husband was accused of doing something shady when he casually scratched the side of his face with his credit card. We’re hilton honors members and were denied bottled water when we asked. Housekeeping never came to make up the room during our 3 night stay even though we were gone most of the day. The pool is small, cloudy and cold. Parking was basically impossible due to the proximity to the stadium.
