First of all we arrived there aa a group of 6 , we were ushered in by Amina. The place had no water, no TV. When we complained about the water they started excuses. There were so many people walking in and out of the villa and they did not introduce themselves. Then came an old man looked sickly, said he is the owner and was very rude. Upon asking why there was no water and yet we got there at 6am, this time it was 3pm, he said that weve been in the pool all day so we shouldnt ask about water. He then insulted us alot, he was a kikuyu man. Some men came to fix the water at around 4pm. We went out and looked for another villa and when coming for our belongings he demanded we pay 14,000kshs for the day. He then added more insults but we only paid 7,000 for the pool, wifi and because we had cooked in his kitchen. Bottom line DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA. They are also the owners of NYUMBA TULIVU which is close by. Book the 2 villas at your own risk. rudest people i have ever met!!!!!
