Very general. If you need to clean the room, you have to notify before 8:00 in the morning. If you are late, you will not have to clean the same day. If you want to change the clean bath towels, you can't provide it, which is a very poor experience. It is estimated that the people who are staying are all reporting to the University of Waterloo, otherwise they will not really go there.

Over all property is ok and clean but not new. Room I was assign had no access to elevator. Shower head was old, non functional and shower itself was not clean and someone else’s hair were there

some details need looking at, shower in the pool broken and won't turn to allow warm water, my tub drain wasn't working, took an hour for water to drain after a short shower. i think a noon checkout should be standard. after being granted an extra hour (reluctantly) housekeeping still attempted to enter my room before i left., overall staff was pleasant. just fix a few details and it is a nice place to stay.
