the place is comfortable,safe,very clean,the room room is spacious,the air conditioner is cold,the bathroom in the room is clean and spacious,the water is abundant,the service is very good and very welcoming,the parking is very adequate,the privacy is really maintained, It's really great, anyway, if we go to Lampung again, we will definitely stay here again .... superrr

The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

Thank you for set up honeymoon in the room, the staff was friendly, good air conditioner, water heater but tv was bad. they dont provided iron for free so we hve to pay for the pressing. And the breakfast's menu was just so so. no milk for breakfast. fast check in and check out.

It's the number of times to stay here. All facilities are complete, but I suggest you have a musholla so you don't have to find a musholla outside for those who don't bring you, so it's a bit difficult. The rest is okay, clean and friendly service. Top

This was my second time stay here and everything still same as the first came here. Clean room, nice staff, delicious food, great service, strategic area near gasoline station and of course best food and satay in Lampung. Will stay here again when i travel back to Lampung.
