It’s a best escape from hustle and bustle of city life. It’s kind we are in the lap of mountains. Weather was awesome. Staff of Bana Height is really well trained, well mannered and co-operative. Hospitality and maintenance of facility is up to the mark. Would recommend to experience the place once for your leisure.

Totally different from other all resorts, especially their services are excellent, the food and activities we enjoyed a lot, morning trekking I enjoyed most, the guide Mr. Niyas did the best job. I will suggest to my friends and family Thank you team

Location beyond the expectations, nice hospitality, food was very good, cool management, tried all the activities. Facilities are very good. Morning trekk wa given nice experience with beautiful views on the banasura hills. We should try it with family or friends

Our family had an incredible time at Wild Planet! It felt like a home away from home. The resort offered a fantastic range of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained. We loved that all meals were included and the option to customize lunch and dinner was a wonderful touch. The high tea was exceptional. Wild planet bana heights is located atop the hill. It's about 6 kms away from the town. The resort is secluded and there's nothing walkable nearby. The resort is small but has a lot of activities/amenities. Infinity pool, outdoor play ground, kids slides, mini theater, indoor games which include board games, table tennis, chess, foosball, carrom, snooker. The rooms are amazing with breathtaking views. Mountain view rooms are compact and located in the main annex. Valley view premium cottages are beautiful. They're spacious and very comfortable. It comes with a balcony which gives you the view of majestic mountains, mist entering your rooms, breeze elevating your mood. Exotic rooms are the top category rooms which provides luxury in the lap of nature. You need to go down two floors to reach these rooms. The service provided is impeccable. While there were initial minor issues with the rooms but the service provided by the staff throughout our stay just raised their standards even higher. Each and every staff member always had a warm and flawless smile on their face. The food tasted good but the chef and operations manager made sure that we had no issues with the food too. They catered to our requests whenever there was an issue with the food. Would suggest the resort to have a separate veg and non veg section. Overall a very warm and welcoming resort. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

We had a great time , well spent ,at the wild planet bana heights. It’s a huge property with awesome view of the nature packed with interesting activities. Special mention to Mr.Niyas for being a wonderful host on taking us for nature walking and trekking. He was very friendly and pleasing. Both were inevitable activities during our stay here. All other staffs were also very efficient and they all were always there for any assistance . Chef Pramod also did a great job with sumptuous food we got served there. Only point of concern was the unstable wifi network which wasn’t available for long hours.

We also enjoyed a leisurely walk around the property, taking in the natural beauty and spotting some local wildlife. The resort's restaurant served a delightful dinner, featuring a mix of local Kerala cuisine and international dishes. The food was flavorful, and the service was attentive. We ended the night with a campfire experience, where we mingled with other guests and enjoyed the tranquil night under the stars. Day 2: Our second day began with a hearty breakfast buffet that catered to a variety of tastes, from traditional South Indian dishes to continental options. After breakfast, we participated in a guided nature walk organized by the resort. The guide was knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights about the local flora and fauna, making the experience educational and enjoyable. In the afternoon, we took advantage of the resort's adventure activities. The rope courses were thrilling and well-maintained, providing a perfect mix of excitement and safety. Lunch at the resort was another culinary delight, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. Post-lunch, we spent some time by the pool, enjoying the panoramic views of the Western Ghats. Before our departure, we had one last walk around the resort grounds, taking in the breathtaking scenery and peaceful environment. The check-out process was as smooth as our arrival, and the staff ensured we had everything we needed for our journey home. Overall: Wild Planet Bana Heights Resort in Wayanad offers a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The attentive staff, excellent amenities, and beautiful surroundings made our 2-day staycation a memorable experience. While the resort has a lot to offer, a slightly faster service in the restaurant during peak times would elevate the experience to five stars. Nonetheless, it is an ideal destination for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature in comfort.

We were at the Bana Heights Resort on the days of the unfortunate landslides at Wayenad. On day 2, we were the only guests there. Amidst all the anxiety, the staff at Bana Heights made sure we were at ease and enjoyed our stay there. The Chef Mr.Pramod made special dishes only for us. Shreedhar, our activity coordinator made us and kids do all the adventurous activities. On the day of checkout we were even given a driver, who drove our car all the way down the hill. Till we reached home, the staff called and enquired about our safety. This year, it was truly a different experience. It was more than just enjoyment.. We can never forget our stay here.
