The location of the hotel is perfectly beautiful and conveniently close to public transport. This includes the boats which go on various trips on the lake.
Service in the hotel was very good and I would especially like to mention Kenny at reception who was happy to go the extra mile. The food was good and a wonderful breakfast buffet is served. The coffee was good, croissants and bread fresh, a wonderful selection of good quality jam, simply excellent.
For those who wanted, there was even smoked salmon and on certain days, a glass of bubbly!!
Would also like to mention the two ladies who run “breakfast” and keep things clean and fresh. Thank you.

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel dont la situation au bord du lac est exceptionnelle, vue magnifique sur le Pilatus, des chambres confortables avec vue sur le lac, bon petit déjeuner, et excellente demi-pension, un personnel agréable, tout est réuni pour passer un séjour très agréable dans cette petite ville de Weggis. C’était notre quatrième séjour depuis 2022, et nous y retournerons dès que possible. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe de cet établissement bien géré.

Je ne le recommande absolument pas. Si vous ne voulez pas gaspiller votre argent, vous pouvez séjourner dans des hôtels de meilleure qualité dans la région. Leur seul souci est de prendre votre argent, avec des employés de très mauvaise qualité, inconscients et problématiques dont le seul but est de prendre l'argent des poches des clients. Ils ont pris l'argent de la nourriture pour ma réservation en demi-pension, ont pris l'argent des taxes même si je ne suis pas resté la nuit et n'ont pas remboursé mon argent même si je l'ai annulé. Je ne le recommande certainement pas.

Passed by hotel recently but decided not to go in. Had a really weird experience during a visit in August. We went to the restaurant to eat lunch during our bike ride and the waiter, a middle-aged man with tattoos, said that the kitchen just closed and lunch was no longer served, and asked in very unpleasant way where are we from, maybe he noticed the Ukrainian flag on my phone. My partner, in turn, asked the same question - the waiter turned out to be of Russian-Hungarian roots. Snacks were ok and ice cream almost same taste as from Mövenpick, but overpriced.

Superbe vue depuis la chambre, nous avons adoré la piscine. Nous avons un peu souffert de la canicule avec bébé, les chambres n'étant pas climatisées, mais le personnel a eu la gentillesse de nous prêter un ventilateur

Excellent position .A béautiful hotel with a very confortable room. One big surprisedisappointement , no iron available for clothes after a long journey and no Electric adaptateur for the swiss plugs !
