"The hotel faces Lake Lucerne, with beautiful scenery. The room is small, the bathroom is small, there is no business around, and it is a drive from the town of Weggis. There is a small pier next to the hotel, where you can take a boat to Lucerne. It is suitable for self-driving. The hotel has a parking lot but it charges a parking fee."

"The hotel is blessed with a spectacular location. Located above a great wellness center accessible through the hotel. The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, checking us in efficiently. Dinner staff was very attentive, friendly and qualified. The food served as a four course meal was mediocre at best, not very tasty although presented very well. Breakfast selection was adequate except for the staff that barely understood German or English!!! The room we had was very small, no coffee or amenities considered normal for a hotel of this class. No sope in the showers is not acceptable. A fridge or mini bar would have been helpful too. Though the wellness center excelled we probably wouldn’t come back to this hotel"

It's also very convenient for visiting Mount Rigi, a 15-minute walk from the cable car station. The owner is a very elegant, old-fashioned German."
