房子是民房改造的賓館。600多的高級大床房，100元的體驗。進去房間一股廁所的味道，衞生條件簡直太差，床單上有毛髮，污漬，空調差，製冷效果太差，，，希望大家不要住，避坑！！！！

正趕上當地服貿會，房間爆滿，這個是平時也就100-200的房間，結果當天是474，關鍵是空調晚上11點漏水，全部滴在床頭，找經理解決，説通水管堵了，得等白天才能弄，然後給我們兩個解決方案，1是退房，2是繼續住退我們100塊！可真行，且不説今天所有房子都沒了，這大半夜的讓客人走合適嗎？就説退款我差你那108塊錢嗎？客服還埋怨我沒有説既然17點就辦理入住了，為啥沒早發現空調滴水，你們家入住就睡覺啊？再説你空調滴水是住客該及時發現的問題嗎？因為當時困頓着急睡覺，沒在和他們多計較，衹好把床體使勁往前拖湊合一晚，第二天溝通並投訴後，半價付款房費。總之，這次入住體驗是房間差，服務差，環境糟糕，樓下是燒烤店，燻人，旁邊是馬路，吵得不行！
