酒店位置絕佳，旁邊是海水浴場。可以看落日夕陽，酒店散步到海邊有一個棧道。因為旁邊是山東大學，很多小年輕會在酒店看落日打卡。
早餐很豐富，菜品新鮮。服務非常貼心周到。感覺每個員工都培訓的很好，不愧是五星級老牌酒店，比如清潔員看到家人有泡茶的習慣，會貼心留言小紙條多放幾瓶水。酒店前台和迎賓小哥眼睛裏有事情，工作積極主動。尤其表揚酒店管家小袁，總是在合適的時間發訊息，給予需要的幫助和諮詢，特別棒。
酒店房間環境偏老式，服務沒話説。推薦

在來威海的動車上，接到小袁的電話。囑咐了房間空氣流通的問題。到酒店見到小袁說已經安排好了，比我自己選的，更好的房間樓層。因有隨身帶藥。小袁還叮囑每天房間有充足的飲用水。讓我們在春暖花開的時節，增加了有香氣的溫暖。期待下一次的春暖花開。

酒店雖然有點年頭了，但是確實是金海灣最好的酒店了，酒店配套齊全，酒店管家小袁人特別好，非常貼心，酒店看日落絕了，早餐很齊全，味道可，吃早餐的風景也很絕，總之本來衹打算住一晚的，又續住了一晚！酒店有通向沙灘的通道，陪兒子挖了兩天沙，強烈推薦這家酒店！第一張酒店餐廳視角，第一張酒店樓下沙灘，第三張酒店步行3分鐘小樹林，第四張酒店通往沙灘通道口，最後一張酒店站台日落～美呆了
