陽光大廈非常贊，地處威海市中心，交通十分便利，酒店設施齊備，房間乾淨衞生，乳膠床墊和枕頭非常舒服，真的催人入睡。自助早餐非常豐盛，味道也很可口。前台接待劉小姐非常熱情，親自幫助把我們的行李送入房間。下次來威海，還將下榻威海陽光大廈！

性價比：做五一出行攻略時搜尋到該酒店，在各家漲價的前提下，陽光大廈的價格與平日相差不大，性價比很高。
環境：等到酒店之後，發現位於環翠樓景區旁，還在環翠區中心，到各景點交通便利。
房間：房間內衞生乾淨，房間內各方面配備完備，甚至飲料準備了速溶咖啡和兩種茶葉，浴室用品齊備。
服務：陽光大廈的服務真的太棒了！最初房間靠近馬路，換房間時前台積極考慮需求，換了離電梯又安靜的房間。入住後還送了零食和新鮮黃瓜。在入住過程中，前台每次都熱情周到的解決我們的問題，讓我們感受到了威海的熱情。
在退房的時候，家人因為感冒頭疼，需要延遲退房，魯.劉.姚三位接待員處處考慮特殊情況，結合賓館客流情況，讓家人不必太着急，收拾妥當了再退房。為我們彼此威海之行畫上圓滿句號。
以後我會努力推薦去威海玩的朋友都住在陽光大廈！

酒店雖然老了點，但是位置很好，處於環翠區核心區域，出門就是環翠樓景區（周邊並不堵），去其他景區也都不遠，周邊有超市、步行街，不遠處就是威高廣場，太方便了；房間住的比較舒適，假期裏性價比還是很好的，住的豪華標準間是兩張1.5米大床，3-4個人都住的開，家庭旅遊可考慮
