小鎮面積大，環境優美。和眾多大學合作，文化韻味深厚。房屋都是老的糧庫改造，石頭牆，堅固保温。房型多，大床房，獨棟上下兩層的適合一家居住，還有帶廚房的獨棟，可以滿足不同人羣的需求。房間陳設傢俱，用品很多都是宜家產品，床上用品是純棉，很親膚，乾淨衞生。周邊環境安靜，晚上睡眠很好。聽服務人員説夏天可以聽到蟲鳴，又是另外一種體驗。小鎮賓館是天花板的存在。
