離海邊很近，酒店的陽台不錯，可以直接看到海。

一樓房間有蟑螂蟲子，沒拖鞋，衞生不行，廁所不乾淨，抽屜裏有臟物資，就是想逃離。服務一問也是啥也沒有，拖鞋沒有，服務不好。但地理位置絕佳，和海邊隔了一個馬路，右拐幾步林海公園，左拐幾步火炬八街，

先説優點！ 位置絕佳 海景很漂亮 隔音好 比較安靜
缺點！ 由於是民宿 衞生方面還不錯 房間相較於民宿來説還算乾淨 衹不過硬件設備過於撿漏了
最大的問題是空調！ 製冷緩慢 並且聲音像拖拉機一樣 很影響睡眠

衞生服務都沒有，太差了，臟亂衞生間也不乾淨，地漏都沒有，簡直了，定了個帶露台de，結果露台都沒有合適的坐的，都是破爛的塑料椅子還是壞的。對威海印象都不好了

自駕就不要考慮了，旺季根本沒有地方停車。其他還好吧。旺季500多一晚。公共陽台確實可以看到海。

靠近海邊，出門就是海水浴場真的很方便，酒店樓下就可以吃飯，但是兩個晚上1700多的住宿條件就一般吧，可能因為是暑假旺季比較貴，以後要入住的，洗漱用品包括沐浴乳洗髮水還有毛巾都自己帶吧

酒店不提供停車場，讓自己在路邊找免費停車的地方是坑，二樓觀景房的陽台是公共的一樓二樓都能上去看，價格確多了不少，又是坑，酒店沒啥服務自己照顧好自己就行，連毛巾浴巾都自己去要
