衹有客廳有一台大三匹空調，兩個卧室均沒有空調，天氣稍熱晚上不能關門睡覺，不是很方便。房東不提供洗漱用具（一次性牙刷等），灶台銹蝕嚴重。

房東人很好很貼心，冰箱裏提前給準備好了各種喝的，價格和超市一樣不用自己去超市買了。房子乾淨整潔和圖片上一樣，位置好找離玩的地方都很近開車在15分鐘以內基本都能到達。小區應該算是比較高的社區，孩子們玩的遊樂設施很多，性價比很高下次來還住這裏。

房子是市中心的高檔小區，裝修用心，不是那種為了出租而裝的房子，很乾凈有品位，有家的感覺，住着很舒服，雖然發生一些情況，但與房東坦誠溝通已解決。
