The hotel room was a bit small, and everything was just average. However, I could tell the staff put in a lot of effort to keep it clean. But the shared hairdryer was out of order for two days, even after we reported it, and no one came to fix it...

Had a great stay here! The backpacker hostel was clean, comfortable, and had a really friendly atmosphere. Staff were helpful and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Met lots of awesome travelers during my stay. Would definitely recommend for budget travelers!

The hostel is about a 20-minute bus ride from the airport, and the bus stop is just a block away. Right across the street is New World, which is super convenient for buying groceries and daily necessities. However, I felt the cleanliness was just okay; the sheets weren't very clean. In the four-person room, it was a bit difficult to open luggage.

The location is decent, not far from the bus station. Compared to other hostels, it's quite average.

Everything was perfect, except I had some doubts about whether the bed sheets were changed for each new guest or reused.

Great value for money, and it's right across from New World supermarket. However, the wall right by my bunk had a large section missing, so it wasn't completely blackout. Whenever someone turned on the lights, my bed instantly became very bright, which really disturbed my sleep.

It was good. I enjoyed staying that. This place’s very clean. Just one note, housekeeper wake me up middle of morning is understandable however don’t come into room start chatting when few guests are sleeping in the room. I wasn’t only the one sleeping but some staff came into my room start chatting and the chat could’ve been done outside of room woke all of us up. Giving a little advice, take a quick scan when you entering the guest room. We paying the room to stay there so we deserve to have peaceful sleep.

This hotel boasts a great location, directly across from a large supermarket and close to the port and museums. The front desk can assist with calling taxis. However, it's worth noting that the reception is not open 24 hours.

Perfect location, walkable distance to everything and bus stops nearby. Amenities are standard and staff are nice.

I opted for a private king room and it was pretty great. Very well equipped with a small fridge, a large king bed and its own bathroom. Moreover, being also a hostel then you have access to the kitchen and laundry room even when you're enjoying the privacy of your own room. The location was great too. A quick 5 minutes walk to Tepapa Museum which is itself a destination while in Wellington. În general you can walk to the nicest spots in the city within 10-20 minutes. Oh, and there's a big New World supermarket right across the street. I definetely recommend it and I'll come back to it.
