Novotel London Wembley Reviews

The location of this hotel is excellent. The room is clean. Service of the hotel is average. As I stayed there when. Wembley had an event, the car parks nearby were closed and Brent Civic Centre was the only choice, which cost £60 for overnight parking.

My sons want me to write this: a great hotel in this trip around the Europe except the Barcelona one; that one was exceptionally nice. This hotel is so close to Wembley and ofc to Wembley hub, and that makes transportation very conveniently. Buy the daily ticket for zone 1-6 except you need to go airport. Half an hour to Buckingham Palace and all around there, and no traffic. I’d have to admit this is good for budget concerning. It saves quite a lot of money. Also, since I have this suite, I can walk about 5 minutes to the local supermarket for food and drinks and fix up a good dinner in the hotel.

Great location. The staff were friendly and checked us in early. The pumpkin show was fun (Pumpkin #6)

I booked two rooms and asked them to put me and my family in the next room. They didn't seem to see our request. Although it was finally arranged, it was on the first floor, and the attitude of the staff was not very friendly.

As usual Sam was a delight of a host to have! The entire experience at Novotel is superb with its practical & amazing location and the staff & their services! Would love to comeback!

Great hotel for a quick stay around Wembley. Reasonably priced and really close to Wembley Park station.

Great location with supermarket, restaurants and metro within walking distance. Staff are warm and friendly.

If they can upgrade the TV and sleepers provide that will be help 😍

The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel car park is convenient and high secured. The hotel close to the underground, outlet and different type of restaurant.

The hotel reception team the White lady and the White guy is judging people by their looks and what they wearing. Only the breakfast team is good and nice plus friendly. The rest are one ****** up team. Please improve and dont judge your ******* customer !

Booked this hotel to see the Taylor Hawkins tribute at Wembley . Location could not get any better a two minute walk , which was a god send on the way out . Hotel is not only next to Wembley but you have loads of places to eat , Boxpark directly opposite with loads of street food , bars and entertainment. Designer outlet 5 mins away . We arrived at the hotel from Scotland at 9.30 and went to the hotel to see if they would keep our luggage only to be told our room was ready result . We had a deluxe room which was large , clean and comfortable . Modern bathroom ( only negative shower head very small and cheap compared to the rest of the bathroom ) . Room had a fridge which was an added bonus nowadays . Breakfast varied with cold and hot food . Lovely bar area . I do think it’s unfair how much they bump the price of the room up to double when a large event is on but to be fair would pay again for the location and I couldn’t really fault the hotel , would definitely stay again .
