Stayed here for one night to go to a show at Wembley. The staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic but clean. The heating was on but fans were provided if you were too warm which was good. For a place to sleep it was great. The bar below was useful for a local drink after the show. The next morning we went to Central London on the tube very easy to do. And left bags with the hotel which they were happy to do. For the price too I'm very impressed with the customer service. Its the best we've had in London.

the staff at the hotel is very sweet & helping. The hotel is located right in between Wembley park & central & a lot of things are close by to it. It is a pretty decent hotel for a one night stay.

The location is not in the city centre, you can go there by metro - stop at Wembley Park Station and then walk by 15 minutes, or by railway and stop at Wembley Stadium Station, walk by 5 minutes. There is a fashion outlet nearby and lots of convenience shops and restaurants, so you can get what you want. The room is spacious and the duvet sand pillows are very comfortable, you can have a good sleep. The check in and out procedure are very efficient. I was onlyv disappointed with the bad smell in the washroom. The overall rating for this hotel is valuable. I will come back again next time.

Suitable for free travel, high cost performance, convenient and fast subway travel, jubilee line direct or transfer line to the city center in 30 minutes. Heathrow Airport to the hotel 3.1 pounds.

We spent the last weekend at the hotel and we were delighted to had booked the hotel as the rooms were really clean and tidy the light system was very Cousy and relapsing the reception team were very kind and helpful, parking for our car was really good as well as it saved us from parking hassle. I highly recommend it to every one visiting LONDON.

+Air conditioner was but noisy whirring noise +Pillows are so uncomfortable really soft and your head dissappear inside it. I couldn't sleep 3 nights. The mattress also was not great. +not any great views from bedrooms +windows don't open at all +breakfast was standard acceptable +hotel was very clean +not really any communal areas to sit around. +sky bar on 9th floor was good views overlooking Wembley +start were very polite and accommodating +room service needs to be requested but is high quality +swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all great facilities but needs pre booking slot annoyingly. Max 1hour +gym is acceptable and very new quality equipment +location in the middle of Wembley shopping park so lots all around +not much greenery anywhere.

Very correct for its price. Next to the tube station, and well connected to central London. The room (double), spacious and the mattress VERY comfortable. The soundproofing could be improved, with signs everywhere so that the rest of the other guests is respected. Without a doubt, I will repeat on future visits to the city.

Stayed here last night with my son, we were at the stadium for a concert. This place is literally a walk down the hill to the stadium so perfect location. I couldn’t fault it really, it is a pub with rooms above- not a fancy hotel. I feel other reviews are very unfair… We paid 1/4 of the price to other places at Wembley. Our room was spotlessly clean with super comfy beds. would definitely book again!
