Every time I travel, I am the best choice. Although there are many hotels around, I like this one. The price is affordable, the service is thoughtful and warm, the room facilities are complete, the linen is clean and tidy, it is convenient to eat and shop, very good, it is highly recommended to stay!

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off.
Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

The bed was a bit too soft compared to other 3-star and above hotels I have been to, hence difficult for me to sleep but no issue for my friend.
There was no heater functionality in the aircon but it was already mid Dec when we were there, hence it was quite cold.
There was no fridge in my room, but they did helped me to refridgerate my food.
Think there was no differentiation for smoking and non-smoking room? We got a room smell of smoke but managed to get it changed.
Everything else was good. Service was remarkable as we did bother them a few times and they responded quite fast.

It is indeed a newly opened hotel, with simple and modern decoration, everything is very new, and the room is larger than the average hotel.
The location is very good, only a few hundred meters away from the No. 10 bus that runs through Wencheng Old Town and Qinglan Bridge. If you drive yourself, there is parking in front of the hotel.
The breakfast is varied and delicious, and it is really a conscience price even if you pay 25 yuan yourself.
From the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff, they are all hospitable and polite. Especially the hotel front desk, from the check-in arrangement, recommending restaurants and entertainment projects, teaching me how to pay for the bus, to giving free breakfast coupons to temporary guests, etc., they are very considerate, and I am happy to choose this hotel.
Slightly inadequate: 1. I hope to add an indoor safe for guests to store important items. 2. I hope it can still be a smoke-free hotel. After all, the ventilation system is connected. Although I donโt smoke, I still smell cigarettes in the hotel bathroom every day when I return to it.

During my stay, the service attitude of the hotel staff was very good and very warm. Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. Service: I think this hotel is very good, all because of the great service of the butler! From before check-in to leaving the hotel, VK butler gave all-round care ~ and also gave a travel guide to the surrounding area, which is very considerate for people like us who come to take a short vacation on a whim.
Environment and facilities: The hotel garden swimming pool and other facilities are very good, but the elevators, rooms, lobby, etc. in the second building give me the feeling that they are not like hotels, but serviced apartments.
Breakfast: The breakfast is very delicious, especially the noodles, and the coconut milk tastes great!

I didnโt expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to ๐! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I donโt know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! ZZuiaoIt was renovated in 2003, so the facilities are relatively new. There is also a pot of green ivy in the room, which immediately makes the room more lively. Breakfast is not full, spend 36 yuan plus double breakfast, do not expect to eat more delicious and full, there is no problem, the result is not a buffet, you can choose the same in 15-18 yuan noodles, noodles or wontons, even milk or soy milk; And it was said that there was breakfast at 7:30. Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time โOK, OK...โ and โI'll take you to your roomโ...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.

The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...๐ฐ Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China ๐

From the premises you go directly onto the beach!
Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea...
If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place ๐๐ค ๐ป๐๏ธ๐๏ธ

SSpinTheWorldThe hotel itself was very nice. The room was comfortable, no 'Chinese transparent bathroom', clean and nice. The only thing we have to mention was the attitude of the owner. We're teaching English in China and during our travels we had classes online. Usually, when asked, hotels do not frown upon on finding any kind of a place to host one of us for free for couple of hours to hold English class (because two people can't teach from one room) even if it might be common area. But this man didn't even allow us to stay in a lobby. In fact, he even did put an ultimatum, either we should pay additional 100 RMB, which is the full price of the room for 24 hours, either we're not allowed to to conduct any kind of teaching activity in public spaces within the hotel(in a common space)! Wow,so rude unfortunately. We hope you'd have a better experience.
