The staff are great, even though they don't speak English - they are kind, helpful, and efficient. However, the hotel is EXTREMELY noisy - there's always some banging noise coming from somewhere 24/7 amd it's impossible to have good, uninterrupted sleep at this hotel.

帶小孩辦入住時，孩子一直哭鬧，前台聰聰主動拿出準備好的小玩具、濕巾和倒了温水的一次性水杯，温柔安撫我的小孩，同時幫忙準備了小童用品，並告知周邊適合親子遊玩的地點，非常棒的一次體驗

選擇全季酒店是因為市內環境乾淨，枕頭舒服，馬桶配置了合適的一次性馬桶衞生套……並備足了四瓶礦泉水。早餐品種豐富，既飽口福，又品嚐了當地的嵌糕美食。大堂接待人員服務專業，並根據客户需要推薦了當地美食海鮮館，味道真心不錯

整體體驗超棒，位置便利，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，前台服務熱情周到，響應及時，細節貼心，住着安心又舒心，下次出行還會選擇！
