We stayed in hotel for 1 week. Location is very good right of wuna street with tons of shopping snd food. Room was clean decent size with great shower!! One thing we were missing was safety box. Ammenities provided by hotel are very good there are plenty of toiletries and fridge with water drinks and fruit replenished daily. In the lobby theres station with warm tea and snacks and fruit if u need more. And the most important thing was the staff. Two girls that we always seen during our stay were amazing. Always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. Always smilling and happy. That made our trip much more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying again at this hotel in the future. I have been coming to Wenzhou for 12 years now and can safely say this has been my favourite hotel so far. This year I brought my family including my 6 month old baby and it was super comfortable and easy. The staff really are amazing here. Especially Johnny, who went out of his way to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Im not one for writing reviews but seriously couldn't have stayed at a better place, Highly recommend it

Entered for the second time. It is a newly opened hotel in Cangnan. Because I was very satisfied with my first stay, I chose this hotel without hesitation this time. It was already early in the morning when we arrived, and the reception staff at the front desk were slow, but it didn't matter. Their attitude was still very good. But after entering the room, I kept seeing disgusting unknown hairs on the bed and bathroom floor. The slippers brought by the waiter were also stained. The room phone was also malfunctioning... I finally got through the phone and went to the front desk to ask for a room change. The person on night shift was on duty. The management staff came to the room and brought a new room card, apologized repeatedly, and gave us two free breakfasts. The new room was very satisfactory. Although we didn't eat breakfast, the front desk staff apologized again and gave us cookies when we left. Although there were some flaws during this stay, the way the hotel staff handled it was still very heartwarming and satisfying. Big points for the hotel! It is hoped that the hotel will further strengthen the cleaning of the rooms and do a good job in maintenance so that the hotel will always be new.
