"This hotel is located in the heart of Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to Wuma Street and the Shamiao River snack street. As soon as we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us with tea and roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were absolutely delicious, especially in the winter! The staff were all very enthusiastic and told us about the hotel's breakfast. What truly stood out was that breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea are all complimentary at this hotel, offering incredible value for money. We really stumbled upon a gem here; it's a fantastic value! The room itself was also superb. The moment I walked in, I fell in love with it. It was very clean and tidy. The in-room massage chair was super comfortable, and having a free foot-soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. Whenever we needed anything, the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and even recommended nearby attractions in Wenzhou. If you're visiting Wenzhou, staying at Wenyuan Hotel offers exceptional value."

"Clean and tidy, with a 65-inch TV, large windows offering views of lush greenery and bright sunshine. The room, though small (25-27 cm), is well-designed. The breakfast restaurant has an elegant ambiance, and the lobby offers freshly ground coffee and ice cream. A row of comfortable benches by the windows near the hotel entrance is also conveniently located; Jiushan Park, Miaoguo Temple, and the Jingguang Pagoda on Songtai Mountain offer beautiful nighttime views."

I'd definitely stay here again. **Hygiene**: The hygiene was excellent, though our room had a bit of a strange smell even with the ventilation on. **Service**: The service was fantastic, with a dedicated butler available 24/7 who promptly responded to any issues. **Facilities**: All basic facilities were available, including a small fitness center. I'd suggest updating the massage chairs; one that massages the legs would be even better. **Dining**: Breakfast was quite rich. The lunch menu could use an update; what's currently offered is more suitable for a late-night snack. I hope that next time, the TV will be free to watch and that there will be delicious lunch options. Wishing the owner prosperous business!"

"The environment and hygiene were decent, and since the hotel is new, the facilities are good and complete. They even had a small garment steamer, which I used to quickly iron my acetate dress. However, there was absolutely no emotional value. 1. I booked this room using a Ctrip room upgrade voucher (vouchers can only be used for the most basic room types). Upon arrival, I only received a one-level upgrade (Deluxe King Bed). I checked, and the market price difference is only 50 RMB. If I were to book for a specific day next month via Ctrip, I'd only need to pay an extra 13 RMB. It was a complete waste of my room upgrade voucher for this room; definitely not worth it. 2. I was very dissatisfied with the room itself. It overlooked a stadium, which was fine, but right outside the window was a rooftop full of large outdoor AC units. The noise was constant and loud; I could hear it even with the window closed, and it wasn't just one type of unit, but at least two different ones. 3. I'm not sure if this was intentionally arranged. Our room was the very last standard room at the end of the hallway, directly opposite the suite where a wedding was taking place the next day. From the afternoon before, when they started setting up, until before 6 AM the next morning, a large group of people were constantly coming and going, with endless door opening and closing noises. Staff members were also smoking in the hallway. Both adults and children were affected. 4. After checking in and before my food delivery arrived, I called the front desk to ask if there were any welcome fruits. The front desk staff seriously asked for my room number and then told me: 'If you didn't order it, there are no fruits.' That's an exact quote, haha. I was stunned. Apparently, I hadn't used 1 point to redeem welcome fruits when booking. This is the first time I've encountered such a precise and principled operation, but it offered absolutely no emotional value. I paid over 300 RMB + 69 RMB from 6900 Ctrip points + a room upgrade voucher for this room, and I'm not happy with it. Side note: The doorman at the entrance was quite enthusiastic."

"The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, there is no odor, the sound insulation is good, it is very quiet at night, the environment is really good, the room is also very spacious, and the service attitude is first-class. In my personal experience, there is no so-called poor service attitude at the front desk. It is really a very good hotel experience, which adds icing on the cake for my trip to Wenzhou."

"A wonderful experience. The 2 female staff members on the evening of 17 July were amazing. I called them from the trip app. They spoke English , added my WeChat and solved all my problems. I was stressed out because I was travelling alone with 2 kids and my flight was delayed repeatedly. The ensured a smooth free pick up service , so personalised. Beautiful picture frames in hotel , They gave me friendly check in. A beautiful comfortable room . Everything was so smooth , good , clean. One of the best services in Wenzhou. I’ll stay again!"

"While the hotel meets basic Chinese hospitality standards, it may fall short of European expectations in certain areas. The lack of air conditioning during my stay was a notable inconvenience, particularly with an outdoor temperature of 24°C (75°F). Additionally, the absence of routine vacuuming and the unwelcome presence of a cockroach in the room detracted from the overall comfort. On a positive note, I appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added value to my stay. The staff also deserves recognition for their genuine efforts to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly. With minor adjustments to housekeeping and amenities, this hotel could significantly elevate its guest experience."
