房間不錯，47層客服非常周到暖心。前台接待也很不錯。餐廳的服務有待改善，服務人員服務不到位，答非所問，有的還不耐煩，自助餐的服務人員在客人還沒就餐完畢時就急着打掃，關燈，迎賓送客完全沒有。

I called to ask and they said we ate a bag of Oreos from the minibar in the room? ? ? I clearly said I didn't eat it, because there was only one Snickers bar in the minibar from beginning to end, no Oreos! Besides, we didn't touch the things in the minibar, because we would never eat these things. We stayed in a room for more than 1,000 yuan a night, would we owe you 20 yuan?
