"Whenever I visit Wenzhou, Wen Du Yuan Hotel is my go-to choice. True to its name, it's a hotel full of warmth. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, offering tea and helping with luggage. I casually asked if I smelled roasted sweet potatoes, and they thoughtfully brought a warm one right to my room. The hotel is located in the old town, surrounded by many local eateries. Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and they even provide guests with fruit and snacks. Breakfast is plentiful; even though I'm not usually a breakfast person, I made sure to enjoy a delicious bowl of noodles every morning. Highly recommended! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wenzhou."

"The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, there is no odor, the sound insulation is good, it is very quiet at night, the environment is really good, the room is also very spacious, and the service attitude is first-class. In my personal experience, there is no so-called poor service attitude at the front desk. It is really a very good hotel experience, which adds icing on the cake for my trip to Wenzhou."

The breakfast restaurant has an elegant ambiance, and the lobby offers freshly ground coffee and ice cream. A row of comfortable benches by the windows near the hotel entrance is also conveniently located; Jiushan Park, Miaoguo Temple, and the Jingguang Pagoda on Songtai Mountain offer beautiful nighttime views."

The lack of air conditioning during my stay was a notable inconvenience, particularly with an outdoor temperature of 24°C (75°F). Additionally, the absence of routine vacuuming and the unwelcome presence of a cockroach in the room detracted from the overall comfort. On a positive note, I appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added value to my stay. The staff also deserves recognition for their genuine efforts to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly. With minor adjustments to housekeeping and amenities, this hotel could significantly elevate its guest experience."

The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a heated toilet seat and a bidet, adding a luxurious touch. Despite being only three floors high, the hotel doesn’t feel small. The breakfast was made to order, offering personalized meals each morning. The location is another highlight. It’s just a short walk to Nantang Market, making it convenient to explore the local area. Taking a stroll by the river was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, with beautiful views to take in. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was both peaceful and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay with easy access to local attractions."

"Overall condition of room were acceptable. Bed sheet were clean or at least visible clean. Staff were friendly however need to be ‘coerced’ to carry requests. Had to insist housekeeping check our room so that deposit can be return before we left the hotel. Check in staffs did not explain that free transportation from hotel to airport were hotel’s bus fixed timing, leading to misunderstandings that transportation can be arranged on ad hoc basis."
