The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Check-in was efficient. The facilities were complete, and the environment was quiet and elegant. Parking was free, and overall, my experience was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. I truly recommend it!

This ***** New Year, I stayed at the Nanxi Jianghongju Hot Spring Hotel. It was perfect timing, as the dragon plum blossoms were in full bloom. The mountains were covered with beautiful dragon plum blossoms and tulips. Soaking in the hot springs while admiring the scenery was incredibly relaxing. The room facilities were also very new, clean, and tidy. They thoughtfully provided us with plenty of bottled water and even a complimentary travel photoshoot. My stay was an excellent experience, and I will definitely be back.

The room facilities are five-star standard, but the service quality is inconsistent. You can tell from the different front desk staff that training needs to be improved. Some answer questions accurately and professionally, while others are perfunctory, even giving incorrect information. Overall, I don't feel the service is five-star. The breakfast is excellent; not only is it abundant, but some dishes change daily, which left a great impression. Also, the gym on the third floor is well-equipped. Although a bit old, it provides a comprehensive and effective workout.

A hidden treasure in Wenzhou! Highly recommend if you want a getaway from the city. The staff were so helpful even though we couldnt speak Chinese, they made a WeChat group with focals of the resort (restaurant, butler, driver etc) set up before we even arrived. Food was excellent, from breakfast, high tea, lunch (seafood pasta was delicious) and lovely dinner. At night they gave us porridge incase we were hungry and packed us some food for the journey home. We felt very well taken care of. The resort is also very aesthetically designed. We used the gym, pool, lounged in the cafe (with complementary drinks) and played archery during our stay. Thank you to Peng, who took care of us and helped arranged everything during our stay.

This was not our first stay here, and we would love to comeback in the future. We always have a wonderful experience every time we visit. The breakfast buffet was rich and offered a great variety of choices. The highlight for us, however, was the swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loves swimming, so having a well-maintained pool made our stay even more fun and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. While the hotel is on the pricier side, the quality of the facilities, service, and overall experience make it well worth the cost. If you’re looking for a family-friendly staycation, this place is definitely worth considering.

Wenzhou Overseas Chinese Hotel holds a special place in the hearts of older Wenzhou locals, with over 60 years of history since its opening. It's conveniently located on Xinhé Street in the bustling city center, offering easy parking. The breakfast features authentic Wenzhou delicacies and tastes great. There are many picturesque spots nearby, and the hotel's backyard, Jiushan Park and Songtai Mountain, are highly recommended. Upon check-in, the porter was very courteous, proactively helping with luggage and offering tea. Before my arrival, I even received helpful check-in tips, which was very convenient. All my requests were met in advance, giving me great peace of mind and no worries about any check-in issues. The handsome guy at the front desk recommended fun places to visit nearby and even booked a one-day tour for me. Since the bus departed from Songtai Square right next to the hotel, it was incredibly convenient. I could just go out after breakfast and return without any extra travel. They also informed me that I could dial ”0” for the guest service center for any needs, which indeed proved very helpful. When I spilled milk tea on my umbrella and got my shoes wet, they offered shoe drying and complimentary cleaning services – truly a thoughtful hotel! I asked for a few small bags upon check-in, and they kindly provided hotel gift bags. Not far from the hotel is the Wuma Pedestrian Street archway, which perfectly captures the nostalgic Wenzhou street photography vibe. It's right at the main entrance of Wenzhou Wuma Pedestrian Street, and you'll spot this iconic stone archway as soon as you enter the street – it stands out from afar. Most people visiting Wuma Street will definitely stop here for a photo. This archway has a retro, Western aesthetic, grand and full of stories. For a panoramic shot, I recommend going in the evening when the warm yellow lights turn on; it creates an even better atmosphere than during the day, and you can snap a photo while strolling and eating. Simple or vintage clothing would both suit the aesthetic, and direct camera shots look great! The entire hotel is resplendent, with an old-money feel, and there are even two palm trees in the lobby, making it feel like a vacation in Hainan. Additionally, the hotel's pool is a fantastic spot, very grand, and the clean and tidy gym is right next to the heated indoor swimming pool. The night view was absolutely stunning, with the ancient pagoda reflected in the clear pool. The water temperature was perfect, and the front desk staff even helped me book tickets for the museum. There's a buffet on the second floor, and hotel guests get a 30% discount. The seafood at the dinner buffet on the second floor was absolutely incredible – it truly shows that Wenzhou people grew up around seafood! Who could resist these crayfish? Furthermore, Jiangxin Island is very close to the hotel. The overall experience was incredibly comfortable. It's a tranquil oasis in a bustling area, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the color scheme was very soothing, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff were enthusiastic, sincere, and very attractive. The location is excellent, and parking is convenient. Staying here in Wenzhou is highly recommended, it offers great value for money.

Service: The front desk staff, a young man with glasses, was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up! Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite. The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that. Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees. Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities.

An incredibly good value for a five-star luxury hotel. Every room is very spacious and comes with plenty of amenities like billiards, a swimming pool, and a gym. There's also dining options and even claw machines. The views are fantastic, and the service is excellent. Plus, the price is unbeatable compared to other hotels. The bathtub in the room is huge. The only minor drawback is the lack of a laundry room. For longer stays, like my three-day trip, it was a bit inconvenient for washing clothes.

The Sheraton Wenzhou's Executive Suite is a reassuring choice for business travel, excelling in every aspect 👍. - The location is excellent, right in the city center with convenient access, and free parking is a huge bonus. - The suite is spacious and well-laid out, perfect for both work and meetings. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is superb. - The service is professional and enthusiastic; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and room service was prompt and thoughtful. - Facilities are comprehensive, the bathroom is great, and breakfast is abundant. Excellent value for money. It's an established five-star hotel, and the quality truly shines.

This hotel has beautiful scenery and a beach where you can dig for seafood. The 'Pet Paradise' has many small animals, and there are also many free-roaming animals on the lawn that you can feed. Housekeeper Haixing provided excellent service. It's highly recommended for family vacations. Since we were two families with children, the front desk was very thoughtful and gave us a free upgrade so our two rooms were next to each other, which was super convenient. I'd like to thank the hotel again.
