Guest UserMy business trip stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service was professional and efficient. Check-in and check-out were quick with no waiting. The room was clean, odor-free, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a disturbance-free night's sleep. Plus, there's a free self-service laundry and dryer available. Overall, the business amenities are comprehensive, making it an ideal choice for frequent business travelers.

The rooms were nice and clean. The family room had two floors; the upstairs room had no window, but there was a 1.8m double bed on the upper floor. The hot spring hotel was surrounded by green mountains and clear water, with misty surroundings. It had a villa area, a hot spring area, and a hotel area. The hotel had a restaurant with free breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner. The menu wasn't extensive and was a bit pricey, but the quality was excellent and each dish was unique and delicious. The hotel had free parking, and there were farmhouses nearby. The hot spring consisted of indoor and outdoor sections. There were about 30 outdoor pools scattered among the hills, including heated rooms where you could lie down and relax. The indoor hot spring had two large pools, one with a massage function and a jet-like water jet massage, which was quite nice. There was also a children's pool for playing in. The hot spring was exclusively for hotel guests from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with unlimited access. It was open to the public from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a one-time ticket purchase (hotel guests could also use it). The hot spring was equipped with towels, bathrobes, slippers, and shower rooms. There was also a golden nanmu wood museum outside the hotel grounds, which was worth a visit. The hotel provided a shuttle bus for sightseeing.
The hotel management and services were excellent, thoughtful and meticulous. In particular, Manager Luo from the service center not only had professional communication and problem-solving skills, but also a dedicated follow-up spirit. Her warm and welcoming service was admirable and satisfying. Front desk staff member Pan Weiliang gave us New Year's greetings stickers, which were full of festive spirit. Room attendant Shang Yue was quick to help us with any needs. This vacation experience was excellent and worthwhile. I applaud their enthusiastic service and dedication.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ruian Ruili Coastal Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and cooperative, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
The room was very spacious and clean, and despite the size, it was also really quiet, which made for a perfect night's sleep. The highlight of the morning was definitely the breakfast, there was a huge variety of food to choose from, and everything was delicious. Unfortunately I didn't have much time to try more.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful environment.

Guest UserThe staff were warm and generous, always greeting guests. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the front desk is quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast is abundant, with several delicious Cantonese dim sum dishes and Wenzhou-style glutinous rice. The hotel's location is great, right next to Sam's Club, and within walking or cycling distance to the S1 subway line. There are also late-night snack options on Longxia Road nearby. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I'm quite particular about hotels, and this time I stayed at a hotel that offered incredible value for money!
**Ambiance:** My child booked it for our trip. Initially, I was drawn to its excellent location, being within walking distance of Wuma Street. However, I didn't have high hopes for the ambiance, thinking it might be an older, dated five-star hotel. To my surprise, the room looked comfortable and luxurious, a stark contrast to the lobby. The bedding was also very comfortable. It's an established five-star hotel that truly pays attention to detail.
**Facilities:** All the equipment looked new. There was even a dedicated vanity for women. The bedding was comfortable. Importantly, the lighting design was well-arranged, all soft light, unlike the harsh white lights and spotlights many hotels use. The switches were also easy to use, not a confusing cluster of buttons by the bed. However, the air conditioning/heating seemed to be broken as the temperature wouldn't go up. The TV also didn't support screen mirroring.
**Service:** From the front desk to housekeeping, all the staff were smiling, and they handled and answered questions promptly and enthusiastically. When I left, they even gave me a thoughtful little gift bag.
**Hygiene:** The entire room was white-themed, so any speck of dirt would be obvious. It was clean and tidy. There was also a faint, signature five-star hotel fragrance.
It was a wonderful discovery on our trip.

Vivian12300Service: The front desk staff, a young man with glasses, was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up!
The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up!
Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite.
The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that.
Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees.
Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities.

Guest UserMy favorite Sheraton, it didn't disappoint me again!
**Ambiance:** Even though it's an older hotel, its excellent location makes up for it – it's convenient to get anywhere. The lobby and rooms are all good. The hallways do have a bit of that old hotel smell, though; maybe they could look into addressing that.
**Cleanliness:** I have to praise this! As a former hotelier who used to 'inspect rooms,' even for a five-star hotel, achieving basic cleanliness and being hair-free is really difficult. Sheraton has never let me down in this regard. The housekeeping staff also arranges the rooms according to guests' requests, which is a big plus! 👍
**Service:** I must commend Victoria Wu at the front desk! Knowing I hadn't rested well the day before, she carefully helped me choose the room that best suited my needs. Her empathy made me feel so at home, making the check-in experience truly delightful. The breakfast the next day was also delicious. Even though it was peak season and very crowded, the management and staff worked together seamlessly, busy but never chaotic. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for providing such a wonderful experience during the holiday! I'll definitely choose Sheraton again next time! ~

It's a resort hotel, but the room facilities are average. Almost all the facilities in the room are very old, especially the charging port plugs can't be plugged in and will fall off. If you stay for a few days, you have to pay for laundry. There is no self-service laundry. There is a small refrigerator in the room but it is not powered. It is not suitable for business travel, but other than these, the environment and services are OK. What I don't understand the most is that the room is still very dark even if all the lights are turned on. The bathroom is completely transparent and has no curtains. The most important thing is that the bathroom light will automatically turn off after being turned on for more than half an hour. Is it so energy-saving?

The location was nice. Amenities aren’t fully well maintained though. I was really hoping that any of the coffee shops or even restaurants could open, but sadly, it wasn’t. My toddler enjoyed feeding shery and Danny. For me, it was the lamb and the deer. Location itself was really nice. It felt really peaceful. I just hope that they still could maintain the whole place because it really has the potential. The building looks old, but the place is very peaceful. Breakfast is nice. There wasn’t a lot of options for foreigners though. The best thing about this place is the location, and the staffs. The worst thing? It’s not maintained well.
