Environment: It's a newly renovated hotel, and the decor feels quite good. There's just a slight lingering smell. The location itself is fantastic, seemingly in an upscale neighborhood. Hygiene: The cleanliness is pretty good, but the indoor ventilation could be improved. Service: The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us with many needs, including communication and providing internet access. A big thank you to Sunnat, a very patient and enthusiastic young man. Facilities: There's a small swimming pool too. However, since we were only staying for one night, we didn't have time to use it.

There were a couple of minor issues with the TV and air conditioning during my stay, but the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. They even offered a small gift as an apology, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Tashkent.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night. The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.

This hotel is located in a small alley, next to two other hotels. A large supermarket is just a short walk away, so the location is good. The hotel service is also quite good. The breakfast is excellent, and the room is clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that the bed is a bit small, but that's typical for beds in Central Asian countries.

The location is a bit average, with no attractions nearby and about 3-4 kilometers from the city center. The closest metro station is also a bit of a walk. Luckily, Yandex Go is very cheap in Uzbekistan. As for the room, it was generally very clean with basic facilities, but the glass door was a bit hard to understand and felt like it offered poor privacy. Breakfast was at another hotel across the street.

This was, by far, the best hotel in Uzbekistan! The staff spoke English, and even though my English isn't great, they helped me communicate using a translator. The service from the staff was excellent, and the room condition was top-notch every day. The hotel breakfast buffet also offered different menus daily, which was a nice touch. Most importantly, I was scammed on a taxi tour, and the staff member Mironshoh went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, and helped me find another taxi tour. If I ever come back to Uzbekistan, I would definitely want to stay here again; the service, room condition, and meals are all perfect!

My room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light. I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

This is our second time staying here. The first was in 2023, and now it's 2026. The hotel has shown a bit of wear and tear over this time, but it's still quite good for the price. The reception staff were always accommodating whenever possible. The breakfasts are rather modest; we usually arrived around nine and there wasn't much left. The pool is currently drained, but it's out of season. Overall, it's decent.

Location environment: more convenient, there is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, go out to turn a corner is the main road, it is very convenient to go to the attractions, not far from the airport. Facilities and sanitation: very Central Asian style corridor decoration and room. The bathroom was clean, but the shower could not be fixed to the shower head, and the sputum could be held in the bathtub. Disposable dental appliances are not provided. The bed was very comfortable, but the quilt had to go to the cabinet to take out the quilt and put a quilt on the bed. The breakfast was delicious, fruit, vegetables, meat, bread, cheese, coffee, and you could have dinner at 7 o'clock.
