I was an attendee at the Global Youth Festival, and unfortunately I double-booked this hotel so I could not stay at this place. Thus I called the staff here to explain and they were very understanding, and left me on a very good mark. Should I stay in Tashkent in the future I plan to book here.

Staying in the hotel feels very safe. Two times I came back in the middle of the night and the security guy was on duty, which made me feel at ease when I came abroad. They are very particular about hygiene, especially the bedding, which is spotless and cleaned on time every day. The bed is big and quiet and comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is delicious. Meat is served every day in the local area. In the morning, it is so comfortable to have egg fried rice + white porridge + hot and sour potato shreds + steamed buns. There are also braised fish fillets and large plate chicken, but my favorite is shredded potatoes. The hotel front desk speaks Chinese very well. The boss, Sister Jia, is also staying in the hotel. She is basically there at all times except from 11pm to 7am. If you use one word to evaluate a hotel, it would be: good. If you use three words to evaluate it, it would be: Everything is good. Recommended to stay.

Advantages: A good Chinese hotel, with large rooms and balcony doors that can be opened a little. Clothes can be hung on the iron railings for ventilation and drying. It's great to be able to hang clothes outside when staying in a hotel. The room has heating and air conditioning, and the bathroom has floor heating, so you won't feel cold after taking a shower.
Suggestions: It would be great if the odor in the bathroom sewer could be solved. It would be perfect if there was a Chinese breakfast. The hotel is in a residential area, quiet and safe, but a little off the beaten track. You have to walk a long way to go shopping and find food, but takeout can be delivered.

A hotel for 4300 per night; the service is really worse than that of a 1500 domestic hotel;
Not many breakfast options; the toilet is average; the cleaning on the second day is also very sloppy; the overall experience is average

I chose Hyatt for a trip with my parents. The service was OK. When we checked in, we hoped that both rooms were twin rooms. Although we were given a king-size room at the beginning, we were able to ask the waiter to separate the beds immediately after communication. The efficiency was relatively fast, but the water in the shower room would leak out when taking a bath. I hope the hotel can improve it.
There are many varieties of breakfast, which is more suitable for Chinese elderly people.
Surrounded by museums, embassies, and historic parks, our hotel is within minutes of Tashkent’s must-see attractions. Amir Timur Museum is just one kilometer away, Pakhtakor Markaziy Stadium is four kilometers away, and Tashkent International Airport is within 20 minutes drive. To put it mildly, it was the best. The location is in front of the city park in the center of Tashkent, and it is about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport if it is not crowded. Unlike other accommodations where there are many large roads around the accommodation, everything from restaurants to shopping and shopping malls is within walking distance of the outer perimeter of the city park, and it is very convenient because it is bright and safe at night. The room was spacious enough that there was no problem, the area where breakfast was served was also large and had a good view, and the food was made with ingredients and dishes unique to Uzbekistan, so I was able to enjoy the local atmosphere to a certain extent without going out to eat. The hospitality of the hotel staff was also good, and they gave me detailed information about the neighborhood, which was very helpful for sightseeing. If I go again, I would like to stay here again.

An old high-end hotel with slightly outdated hardware, but the service is meticulous, from the front desk to the concierge, the room service staff are worthy of high praise. The attitude of the staff is rich and varied. The gym and swimming pool sauna are especially recommended, comfortable and professional!

GGuest UserIt's conveniently located near the airport. However, please note that amenities such as toothbrushes and bathrobes are not provided.
GGuest UserThe staff is great and polite. The rooms are clean. The pool is absolutely a fairy tale - the staff tries to guess all your wishes - the lifeguard was especially impressive - he was interested and helped. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, accompanied by live music - which is very pleasant. The location of the hotel is convenient. There is an exchange office nearby. The hotel's exchange ATM did not work. The cleanliness is excellent. The price/quality ratio is super
GGeoffLet me talk about the hotel booking first. The booking was for 8/19, and it cannot be changed on 8/10. Whether you stay or not, you have to pay the room fee. Normally, there is no problem, but if there is force majeure, such as flight cancellation due to weather, the loss is all the guests, and the hotel has no loss. I provided proof of the airline's weather reasons, but the negotiation was fruitless, and I lost one day's room fee. The funniest thing is that I booked 4 nights, and I have to stay for the remaining 3 nights, and I can't refund it. If I don't stay, I will be deducted directly. Is this an overlord clause? I don't know how Ctrip negotiated the agreement with the hotel and the agent. Are foreign hotels so strong? I hope that domestic customers will not be taken advantage of. Ctrip still needs to improve in this regard. Of course, Ctrip's customer service attitude is still good, actively communicated, and finally gave 100 yuan in compensation.
Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel is in the downtown area, relatively close to the square and shopping center, and you can walk there. But the room is a bit small. The deluxe room is 33 square meters, but there is only one room, one bathroom and one cupboard. I estimate it to be about 28 square meters (room and bathroom 5x5 + 3 square cupboard and bathtub). The facilities are relatively simple. The basin is relatively small overall. The bathtub is a bit narrow and not wide enough. People who are a little fat can't move around. The sound insulation is poor. The sound of various cars on the road at night can be heard clearly. The breakfast is very Western style, which Chinese people may not be used to. There are many varieties of cheese, various sweet local cakes and fruits, which I feel I can't eat. Compared with the room rate of nearly 1,000 yuan a day, I feel that the cost performance is indeed not high. I have to question whether I will stay here next time❓
GGuest UserThe location is average, but it is very convenient to use yandexgo to take a taxi. You can go anywhere in the city within 5 US dollars. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and a buffet breakfast on the 8th floor. The front desk can speak English. The most convenient thing is that the socket specifications are the same as in China, and there is no need to convert sockets. The hotel of the same price is very cost-effective.
MMimijinyuThe biggest problem is that the location is not easy to find, the taxi always can not find this hotel, Google Maps also go around, but in Uzbekistan, the most reliable use of Baidu map. The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 minutes drive. It should be noted that if it is the T3 terminal, it is very far from T1 and T2, not in a place, T3 Generally fly Buhara. Hotel breakfast is also the best in the Uzbekistan Hotel, and there are music performances. The room facilities are a bit old, the TV is small, and there is always a roar of machines, which has an impact on the quality of sleep, the pillows are uncomfortable, and there is no comb. You can also walk to Tiemuer Square. In general, it is a good choice in Uzbekistan.
GGuest UserGreat hotel in a fab location close to local market and artisan workshops. Really helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Lovely pool and a fab indian restaurant in the basement. Money exchange and cash point to boot!! What's not to like!
GGuest UserThe carpet was very dusty, the breakfast was OK, the room furnishings were weird, the things were a bit old, the door was hard to close, I changed hotels after staying for a few days.
The service was OK, and the location was good.
Kking hiIt is connected to a department store, so it is convenient to use the food court, and the transportation is good, so I used it comfortably during my business trip.
I had trouble sleeping due to the surrounding noise, but other than that, I am satisfied with everything. The food was also good...
GGuest UserIt's almost exactly the same as the reviews on Google Maps.
But it's not the worst evaluation, and it's going to be a bit of a mess.
If you are a smoker who doesn't care about neatness, you can probably be satisfied and sleep well.
It's not unhygienic and it's not that clean.
