"The hotel is generally clean and tastefully designed. The front desk service is excellent; they speak English, Russian, and a bit of Chinese. Breakfast is served on the basement level, and you'll find guests from all over the world. The location is superb, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's hardly any noise, though it doesn't quite reach the level of a domestic 'Quanjiyou' hotel. Overall, it's highly recommended!"

"I'm sorry that I can't recommend this hotel. The location is great and the service was nice. However the room facility is too poor. I don't have any air conditioner or heater in my room while I had to wear more clothes when sleep even with th extra blankets provided. The wifi signal is very shitty, disconnected very often. I booked the hotel after my visit to Samarkand in my original plan but decided to change to another hotel after my first stay here before leaving Tashkent to Samarkand. Feel sorry for that."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday inn. I initially booked just one night before we departed to our Uzbekistan trip and wanted to stay another night in a different hotel on return to capital but later changed my booking to holiday inn again for another night as we were satisfied with the service and location. So many dining options you could stay for a week and not finish trying new restaurants. The rooms were quite standard as in most Holiday inns but the service from the staff and the location made this experience really great. Oh and breakfast is very rich as well. Lots of both savory and sweet options!"

"The front desk is very welcoming, the yard is also very comfortable, it takes 10 minutes to walk to Bibiham Mosque, and it is also very close to the Grand Bazaar and Reggiestan. The only fly in the ointment is that the bed is a bit small, and the children with it are easy to fall off at night."

"The hotel is super clean. I am very surprised by how well they maintain the place. The boss told me that they may have overbooked but to my.pleasant surprise, they twice upgraded my room to a suite. The boss is very dedicated to the hotel services and made sure the guests are comfortable. Krokus is about 10-15 minutes away from Tashkent Airport. It is in a quiet neighborhood. While it is not that near tourist attractions, taxi is very reasonable here (USD 1-2) and front desk would help to hail a cab anytime. Sabrina and another Chinese at the front desk have always been helpful when I was there. Breakfast has a mix of local and Chinese items. There is a swimming pool to soak and swim after a long day of tour too. Overall, I recommend this hotel and am pleasantly surprised by the service standard they upheld"

"I borrowed an ironing machine and asked me to put it outside the door after use. I put it outside the door after use. As a result, they came to ring the doorbell frantically at 6 o'clock the next day to ask me for the ironing machine! I explained that they put it outside the door the day before according to their request, but the front desk continued to call me to ask for it!"

"I stayed at the Wyndham Tashkent for 6 nights on a business trip, and I had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well-located, and the room I stayed in offered a nice view, which made the mornings especially enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile — whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or in the restaurant. Breakfast was consistently good, with a decent variety of both local and international options. It was a great way to start each busy day. If you're traveling to Tashkent for business, I’d definitely recommend Wyndham as a comfortable and reliable option. I’ll be happy to return on my next visit."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Novza Metro Station, and there are multiple bus lines right outside on the main road. The front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. The hotel facilities are excellent and well-designed. Breakfast is incredibly generous, with different dishes served every day."

"The room is spacious. The hotel has a great selections breakfast items. Best gyms ! -legit commercial level👌👍. Spa sauna facilities. Staff is very helpful especially Abdullmalik (I hope I got the name right) at reception, he gave us a great recommendations what to do and where to go to explore Tashkent. Location is the only thing that the hotel is kinda missing. Close to airport but a bit far from city centre. Tax ride is abt 10-15mins to major attractions so not too bad."
