Amazing
MMilana :)I just got back from Tashkent, and my stay at the Marmaris Rakat Hotel was an absolute lifesaver! My vacation ended, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to work right there: the situation in the Middle East canceled my direct flight, and I was left without my laptop (which is essential for me!). I explained the problem to the administrator, Anvar – and then, a miracle! He brought his personal laptop for me to use at the start of my workday! 😍 I worked as if I were at home, without a single hitch. Management, please give Anvar a bonus! This guy is the epitome of customer service; he personally knows how to make a guest happy!
And the check-out? They allowed me to stay a couple of hours longer to finish my tasks before my flight and kindly provided a separate, vacant room for me to work in. Guys, you truly helped me out – this is dream-level service! 🙌
The 'buffet' breakfast was simply amazing! The variety was incredible: fresh fruits, vegetables, pancakes, fritters, porridges of all kinds, sandwiches, and even rolls! The breakfasts were so filling that you could easily skip lunch – everything was super delicious, unlimited, and incredibly fresh. The coffee machine made bean coffee of any strength – a real energy boost for the whole day! And for tea lovers – a surprise: not tea bags, but loose-leaf green and black tea with a teapot for leisurely chats about plans. ☕🍵
The hotel is a model of cleanliness and comfort: quiet, with a perfect hammam and a swimming pool in impeccable condition. The towels and linens were snow-white, with a delicate perfume scent. My entire stay felt like a resort fairy tale! They even gave me a souvenir to remember them by – now my son wears it and demands: 'Mom, let's go to Tashkent!' 📸✨
Thank you to all the staff for their responsible approach, and especially to Anvar for saving the day! Starting work after a vacation has never been so comfortable. If my son and I go, it will only be to the Marmaris Rakat Hotel! I wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️🏨
EErickson SixerI got a good stay at this hotel. They assigned me to triple room even though I am solo and thanked them for that. Large beds, facilities working just fine and lovely and filling breakfast. Lovely young staff at reception are all welcoming and nice. Silent neighborhood, walkabale to parks, arena, and Tashkent City Mall. Shoutout to Said and the nice girl at the reception and all the staff. Good hotel and worth it overall.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent—everything is within easy reach: just a 10-minute stroll away is a large shopping center and a colorful local market where you can buy fresh produce, souvenirs, and simply enjoy a delicious meal. It's convenient for both strolling and quick shopping.
I'd especially like to mention the staff—they're simply amazing! They're incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely caring. They're always willing to point you in the right direction, help you with your luggage, and recommend a good cafe nearby. You can tell they care, and that's very nice.
Thank you so much for the warm welcome and comfortable stay! I'll definitely be back and recommending it to my friends. 10/10 for the location and friendly approach. 👍
GGuest UserOverall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.
GGuest UserThis boutique hotel in Tashkent is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and liquor stores. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel boasts multiple swimming pools, a sauna, and a rich breakfast buffet with a diverse selection to satisfy different tastes. The staff are friendly and professional; the front desk service is excellent, with staff able to communicate in English and eager to help guests with any issues. Some guests specifically highlighted the attentive service from the staff, especially with luggage and when encountering difficulties. Overall, the hotel's convenient location and easy access make it an ideal choice for accommodation. The only downside is the soundproofing.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you!
Negative aspects:
—->I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here)
—-> There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working!
Positive aspects:
—-> Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one!
—-> Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive.
—-> Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much )
—-> Breakfast was good but pastries were better
—-> There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there!
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent
GGuest UserThis is the type of hotel I like: professional, stylish, and tasteful. The breakfast is great, and most importantly, everyone is eager to help others and patiently answer any questions you have. They are very friendly to Chinese people. 👍
SSylvesterMy room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light.
I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.
GGuest UserIt's about a 15-minute walk from the metro and there's a supermarket nearby.
The snoring from the room next door was bothersome at night, so I had to wear earplugs.
I guess it's unavoidable for a hotel of this level considering the price and location.
ДДжони ФоксWe were choosing between this hotel and the Uzbekistan hotel which is nearby!
Friends were staying in Uzbekistan!
One of the downsides in comparing these two hotels is that they charged a tourist tax, so the accommodation was more expensive!
Breakfasts are more modest, again in comparison with the neighboring hotel, but the main thing is there, except... Coffee 😬
Only for a fee! There is some in Uzbekistan 🙏
But...
Initially, the guys in Uzbekistan were put in a room where their windows were not only blown in, but were blown away by the wind! An extra bed for a child, they just threw in mattresses 🫣
Only after swearing and other things, they changed them to a room with renovations!
This hotel doesn't have such a problem! The room is large, quite warm! Clean, tidy! Yes, the renovation is certainly not fresh, but it's not worn out either 🙏
In general, you can live! The price and quality match! Otherwise, if you want the Soviet era, welcome to Hotel Uzbekistan! And if not, then to La Grande!
There is also a swimming pool, I think with the hotter weather it will be open!
