Amazing
GGuest UserImmediately after booking, I received a messenger registration request from their phone number, and they responded promptly and courteously.
I spoke to the front desk staff in English and was able to communicate well.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed, shower, and toilet were all comfortable to use. As I was leaving early in the morning, I was unable to have breakfast, so it is not eligible for review.
This is a recommended hotel as it is close to the airport and Tashkent North Station.
GGuest UserI chose this hotel to be close to the airport for a morning flight. It's not so centrally located but great for my purposes. Everything was clean, the manager was there to greet me upon arrival and they even arranged a takeaway breakfast as I left too early to stay for the hotel breakfast. Would recommend.
ААнна ДубовицкаяA wonderful display of hospitality. They welcomed me like family, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a great option for a long layover. The bathroom is shared among several rooms. The bed is huge; I slept like a star.
KKaterina NekliudovaThe hotel is located near Seul Moon, a lively part of the city, and you can walk across the bridge in 15-20 minutes. It's a very quiet place with a garden and flowers in the hotel courtyard. Birds sing in the morning, and you can't hear any construction, making it pleasant to sit on the terrace. The room is clean and has everything you need. The mattress isn't too firm, which is often the case in Uzbekistan. There's a kettle, tea, coffee, water, a fridge, and slippers in the room, and an ironing board and iron in the hallway on the floor. The breakfast is varied with a wide selection; even at 9:30 AM, I didn't go hungry. I loved the feeling of living in a forest; it's nice to go out into the garden with swings and benches everywhere, and there's a river and a restaurant nearby. The staff work quietly and with a smile; no one speaks loudly. It’s such a pleasant oasis in the heart of the capital. Highly recommend!
TTSHNGood stay, some walking distance from taxi pick up and drop off point cause cars are not allowed within the premise. There’re bunch of restaurants and mini convenience booth that sells water and snacks outside the hostel too. Clean bed, individual separate 3 bathroom and 3 toilet (if I remember correctly) all are quite clean. Just the foldable curtain for the bed it’ll be so loud when pulling up or down.
VValentina BabakishviliGrateful that they waited for us in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed. It was clean, comfortable, and close to the airport.
I would have liked the owners to communicate with guests via the provided phone number. They didn't reply through the Trip.com chat either. I had to ask the support operator to contact the owners and inform them about our late check-in time. There were no curtains on the windows, making it hard to sleep after sunrise due to the light filtering through the blinds, which for some reason didn't fully cover the window and couldn't be lowered. Also, the window didn't open, so it was impossible to air out the room.
DDuke LuzinBarhat Hotel - is a very good option for business traveller. Nice location, clean room, helpful service. Absolutely great quality/cost rate. I used to stay here few years ago, so Barhat improved since then. Highly recommend
GGreatwallAt the beginning, the hotel address was automatically translated online, and it had to be replaced with local navigation before it arrived.
There is water on the bathroom floor, hope to improve
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a side road with easy access to the train station. Rooms are generally tidy and the staff are friendly. However the rooms have very thin curtains so get bright when the sun is out. Also the beds are very hard. WIFi isn’t great either. The central heating is set at a high temperature so the rooms get really hot. There is also a pungent smell at times from the toilets. There was a slight mix up when I checked in and charged slightly more for the tourist tax. Overall an average hotel, ok for a couple of nights.
GGuest UserWe were very pleased with this hotel. The room had all the amenities, and the mattresses were great. The hot water worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was good for heating. We even found toothbrushes with toothpaste, soap, and shower gel in the room. The Wi-Fi was excellent, both in the room and elsewhere, so I had no trouble getting some work done.
Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. The reception staff were very helpful with our organizational questions.
It's also inexpensive to get to all the attractions by taxi from here.
