Immediately after booking, I received a messenger registration request from their phone number, and they responded promptly and courteously. I spoke to the front desk staff in English and was able to communicate well. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed, shower, and toilet were all comfortable to use. As I was leaving early in the morning, I was unable to have breakfast, so it is not eligible for review. This is a recommended hotel as it is close to the airport and Tashkent North Station.

This small guesthouse is located near the airport. You can take advantage of the free airport shuttle, allowing you to arrive early and leave your bags. The airport shuttle costs $5, which we took advantage of because we had an early flight. There's a small tourist tax (we paid in local currency). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. We were given two large towels and three robes between the three of us. There's a shared bathroom on the floor (for four rooms), there are two bathrooms (one on the first and one on the second floors). The common hallway has a water heater, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, and some dishes. The plumbing (especially the shower) is not in very good condition, but it works. The location is quiet, away from the center. But in Tashkent, this isn't a problem, as taxis are affordable.

The Guest House is clean and in the room is everything you need. However, the bed is very hard. It is not far from the airport, which unfortunately leads to hear the air noise in the room. I had accidentally indicated one person at the booking, although we were too second. When checking in we had to pay a surcharge for the second person. I would have understood if we had booked the room with breakfast. However, everything we got for the surcharge was a second towel.

I extended my stay at the hotel. It's very comfortable and quiet. The room has everything you need: clean towels, complimentary water, tea, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and slippers. There is an ironing board in the hallway, relaxation areas with a swing in the courtyard, and hammocks on the terrace.

The hostel is near a metro station, and you can reach the bazaar by bus, metro, or even on foot. The top bunk bed was quite a struggle for me. I also want to mention a double billing issue I experienced. During check-in, I paid with my card, thinking it was for the tourist tax. However, it turned out I was charged for two nights, even though I had already paid through Trip.com. I immediately contacted Trip.com, and they helped resolve the issue. I believe they thought my booking was for a room-only stay. Despite requesting a lower bunk due to a leg condition, I was assigned an upper bunk and struggled with it for two days. While I acknowledge my English proficiency could be better, it's definitely advisable to thoroughly confirm your reservation details during check-in. Overall, considering the good location and price, it's a very good hostel.

Pros: The young gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helped me with my suitcase. I also liked the girl in the kitchen; she was sweet and helpful. Cons: I had a room on the first floor, very close to the front desk. It was very noisy. The room itself was very small; there was nowhere to put my suitcase. Overall, it’s fine for a one-night stay at that price.

This hostel like home for me, the owner and assisten really warm and so much helping me. Teh room is comfort and AC have properly function in hot weather outside. They have sense of belonging and the owner helping me through the problem like a dad. Dont worry they also give you registration and you can use kitchen whatever you want. They help me alot because my airplane was delay..

Pros: location, price, good breakfast. Cons: dirty wallpaper with stains and smudges, trash on the carpet, stains on the sheets, no towels, toilet barely flushes, very hard bed, like planks. Even with a simple renovation, cleanliness should still be a priority!

I booked a private room, not a dormitory, and it was incredibly convenient and reassuring to be directly connected to the train station. The bed was a bit narrow, but it's fine if you don't toss and turn a lot. The lobby was on the first floor, dorms on the second, and private rooms on the third, but there was no elevator, which made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient. The bathroom entrance was near the room entrance rather than the bed, so the walking path inside the room felt long, and I felt like I lost time during busy mornings. However, it's also close to the subway station, not just the long-distance train, and there were restaurants nearby where I could have a drink. I highly recommend it if your priority is getting around rather than hotel life.

The room was incredibly run-down. While the price wasn't high and the photos seemed accurate, the reality was quite dismal. The walls desperately need a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom requires a complete refresh; the shower head and hose were worn out, and there wasn't even a bath mat. The duvet for the double bed was too small, and the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. Soundproofing was a major issue; neighbors checked in at 1 AM, banging doors and yelling until 2:30 AM. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the front desk staff were friendly, and there was free parking available nearby.
