Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, the environment is very good, the same as the domestic feeling. The most important thing is that the boss is very good, very generous, and the boss can help solve the problem. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, there is nothing wrong with coming to Uzbekistan to live in this house!
SSasha80I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel staff for their excellent service and warm welcome. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a sincere smile, and Guli and Ramazan at reception treated me with attention and respect. All the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions.
I would especially like to highlight the high level of service, professionalism, and caring attitude toward guests. Thanks to your attention, I felt comfortable and truly welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and fully met my expectations, and the hotel atmosphere left only the most pleasant impressions.
It's very rare to encounter such a level of hospitality, where every employee genuinely strives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for your hard work, kindness, and excellent attitude toward guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances and will happily return again!
I wish the hotel continued prosperity, grateful guests, and success to the entire team!
GGuest UserOverall, the hygiene and environment were pretty good, but the service was absolutely terrible. We stayed for a few days, and they basically never replaced any of the used disposable items. The conditioner was already empty when we arrived on the first day, but since it was late at night, we just wanted to rest and figured they might refill it the next day. However, it was still empty when we came back the second night! We reported it to the front desk staff on the morning of the third day, and they said they'd take care of it. Yet, it was still empty when we returned that evening! Unbelievable!!! We even contacted Ctrip, but their staff couldn't even get a hold of the hotel! Speechless. 😓
GGuest UserWe stayed at the JW Marriott Tashkent, and it truly lived up to our expectations. The first thing that stands out is the breakfast. It's excellent: various types of lightly salted fish, fresh berries, tropical fruits, and freshly squeezed juices. Everything is high-quality, without feeling mass-produced or cheap. The hotel itself is new with a recent renovation – everything looks modern and well-maintained, not tired at all. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant to be in. The spa area deserves a special mention: it's decent, clean, and peaceful, a great place to relax. And a huge plus is the staff. They are very customer-oriented; you can feel the high level of service, not just formality. Comparing it to the Hyatt Regency Tashkent, for me, the JW Marriott is noticeably superior in every aspect: both in atmosphere and quality. Overall: one of the best options in Tashkent, a place I'd love to return to.
TTokyoJeffRoom was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice.
Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels.
I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.
GGuest UserThe room was big and clean. Amenities are satisfying. The staff was polite and helpful.
Make sure the hotel is located a bit far from the city center and the airport but there will be no problem if you take a taxi.
NNingboxiaopanThis is by far the most comfortable guesthouse I've stayed at during my business trip to Tashkent. I arrived quite late, in the early hours of the morning local time, but the owner was incredibly welcoming and helped me get all checked in even then. The guesthouse is a property the owner built themselves, and the rooms are newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable. Having stayed in Tashkent for many days, I really appreciated that the bathrooms all had separate wet and dry areas. There's also a huge courtyard where you can relax and chat with the owner or friends. The location is very convenient, right by the airport and also close to the subway station. The owner is a true 'walking encyclopedia' of Tashkent and a genuinely wonderful person. Any questions I had, they answered clearly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this place to any friends from back home who are visiting for business!
