I stayed here for one night on my last day in Uzbekistan, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel. First off, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room's interior was beautiful and sophisticated, and it had everything I needed. There was even a smart TV, perfect for enjoying some videos. The breakfast offered a good variety and was very satisfying. Taxis were readily available, making it easy to get around the city. I also discovered a delicious Korean restaurant nearby! Finally, I want to express my gratitude to HUSAN and Abdulaziz at the front desk for their kindness and understanding, even with my poor English.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is a brand-new hotel, and everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. I chose this hotel for its good location, and that’s honestly its main positive. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing in several ways. The first room I was given did not match the photos online. The bathroom design was poor, with no proper separation between the shower and sink, so the floor got wet every time I showered. The room floor was strangely warm at all times, which made it uncomfortable. When I asked about changing rooms, reception initially said it wasn’t possible because I was staying for eight nights, which didn’t make much sense. The next morning another staff member did change my room, but the new room had similar issues, and the shower leaked with weak water pressure. The reception staff often seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping guests, and they didn’t seem very professional. I was also surprised by the hotel’s guest policy, I asked if a friend could wait in my room for an hour or two before his train, and I was told I’d have to pay as if he was staying overnight. In all my travels to more than 40 countries, I’ve never encountered such an inflexible policy. The breakfast was average, but hygiene could be improved, as I saw guests handling fruit with their hands instead of utensils and the staff didn’t do anything about it. This hotel has potential because of its location, but it needs significant improvements in maintenance, customer service, staff professionalism, and hygiene. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works to improve the experience.

This hotel is perfect for Chinese travelers landing in Tashkent! It's very close to the airport, making taxis incredibly convenient for getting around – no transport worries at all. The front desk staff speak fluent Chinese, so communication is seamless, and they're efficient and helpful in resolving any issues. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good lighting and facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers authentic Chinese food, which is especially heartwarming to enjoy a taste of home while abroad. Overall, it offers excellent value for money!

We booked the hotel for just one night due to a rescheduled flight, but even in that short time, we were completely satisfied. The staff were polite and helpful, assisting us with all our inquiries. The room was clean and cozy. The buffet breakfast was quite varied and tasty.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

A retro-style hotel. Pros: Good location, close to a metro station, bank, public services center, market, mobile store, and delicious food. Quiet courtyard. There's a water cooler. They ask daily if you need housekeeping. Cons: Bad mattress, the springs are very noticeable, even with a mattress topper. Poor breakfast. The only fresh vegetables are cucumbers. Eggplant and cauliflower are fried in batter. Sausages are cheap. The cheese is processed. For fruit, only apples, and they're bruised. Instant coffee. If you go at 8 AM, the food is fresher; later, it's reheated with added oil, eggs are quickly fried, and the whites remain runny. Lots of pastries, but they're not tasty. In a single room, there's only one cup. No kettle, and the water cooler doesn't have a hot water function. I chose this hotel because I had issues with another booking. I had to choose quickly, and options were limited during the holidays. The hotel offers discounts and bonuses, it seems like management is trying to attract guests. But it would be much better if management reviewed the menu and invested in updating the furniture. Upon check-in, you need to pay an additional tax amount. I paid cash, and they didn't have change. I had to ask for my change several times. They still didn't give me all of it back. So, be prepared with exact change. The hotel has a pool, but in my opinion, the water in it is murky. I didn't use it. And I didn't see it being cleaned. There are two sun loungers by the pool. However, there are large trees around, so sunbathing isn't really possible. Overall, my impression is a 3 out of 5. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hot water supply is intermittent during peak hours in the evening. It's best to shower during off-peak times, as this is a significant issue. 3. The surrounding area is upscale, so finding convenience items like drinks or snacks requires a bit of a walk. 4. The breakfast quality is decent, but the space is too small, leading to overcrowding when there are many guests.

Located on a main street (Islom Karimov Street) in the heart of Tashkent, there's a consistent flow of people and good street lighting, making it very safe even when returning late at night. The luggage storage service is also very reliable, allowing you to securely leave your belongings while exploring other areas. Staff Friendliness: I felt a 'warmth like home' during my stay. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and proactive in resolving any minor issues or requests in the room. Breakfast: The breakfast spread, including fruits and cakes, is excellent.
