Amazing
EErickson SixerI got a good stay at this hotel. They assigned me to triple room even though I am solo and thanked them for that. Large beds, facilities working just fine and lovely and filling breakfast. Lovely young staff at reception are all welcoming and nice. Silent neighborhood, walkabale to parks, arena, and Tashkent City Mall. Shoutout to Said and the nice girl at the reception and all the staff. Good hotel and worth it overall.
GGuest UserOverall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.
GGuest UserThis boutique hotel in Tashkent is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and liquor stores. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel boasts multiple swimming pools, a sauna, and a rich breakfast buffet with a diverse selection to satisfy different tastes. The staff are friendly and professional; the front desk service is excellent, with staff able to communicate in English and eager to help guests with any issues. Some guests specifically highlighted the attentive service from the staff, especially with luggage and when encountering difficulties. Overall, the hotel's convenient location and easy access make it an ideal choice for accommodation. The only downside is the soundproofing.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you!
Negative aspects:
—->I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here)
—-> There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working!
Positive aspects:
—-> Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one!
—-> Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive.
—-> Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much )
—-> Breakfast was good but pastries were better
—-> There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there!
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent
GGuest UserThis is the type of hotel I like: professional, stylish, and tasteful. The breakfast is great, and most importantly, everyone is eager to help others and patiently answer any questions you have. They are very friendly to Chinese people. 👍
DDeanSFinding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.
AAnonymous UserAlthough language is a barrier but with the help of body and sign language, most things could be overcome😛Although the same food is served every morning, but the service/ rate of replenishing is good! The front desk is very helpful in helping us to book taxis whenever we required! It’s always service with a smile🥰
GGuest UserA nice small hotel.
The location is good , in 5-10 mins walk you can find restaurants, bars, metro.
It’s not the newest building but it’s clean and you have everything in you need.
Thx a lot to the friendly team to being so nice al the time :)
ДДжони ФоксWe were choosing between this hotel and the Uzbekistan hotel which is nearby!
Friends were staying in Uzbekistan!
One of the downsides in comparing these two hotels is that they charged a tourist tax, so the accommodation was more expensive!
Breakfasts are more modest, again in comparison with the neighboring hotel, but the main thing is there, except... Coffee 😬
Only for a fee! There is some in Uzbekistan 🙏
But...
Initially, the guys in Uzbekistan were put in a room where their windows were not only blown in, but were blown away by the wind! An extra bed for a child, they just threw in mattresses 🫣
Only after swearing and other things, they changed them to a room with renovations!
This hotel doesn't have such a problem! The room is large, quite warm! Clean, tidy! Yes, the renovation is certainly not fresh, but it's not worn out either 🙏
In general, you can live! The price and quality match! Otherwise, if you want the Soviet era, welcome to Hotel Uzbekistan! And if not, then to La Grande!
There is also a swimming pool, I think with the hotter weather it will be open!
