"По отелю все отлично. Чистота, комфорт, номера прям новые, есть бассейн (холодный), хорошая сауна. Претензия к бронированию, а точнее в возможности его изменения. Изначально бронь была на двое суток, заселение планировали ночью. Рейс вылета задержали на 9 часов, об этом авиакомпания уведомила заранее, за трое суток. По этой причине первые сутки проживания стали не нужны, мы прибыли в отель как раз к времени заезда на вторые сутки. Однако, на неоднократные попытки изменить даты брони отеля не привели к успеху. Отказ дал и Trip, и Отель. При заселении менеджер на reception пытался в этом разобраться и помочь решить проблему. Но на следующий день в приложении Trip пришел очередной отказ. Причину отказа я так и не увидел. Очень жаль, что приходится отвлекаться на такие ситуации во время путешествия. Не приятно"

TTrip tips by ZakuroThis hotel was incredibly good for the price! The room was clean and comfortable, and even though the staff were young, they were all very friendly. Here are the good points:
1. The electrical outlets in the room are multi-standard, so you can use your own country's plugs.
2. There's a kettle, coffee, tea bags, slippers, and bottled water provided.
3. There's an elevator, which is great if you have a lot of luggage. This is quite important, as many hotels in Tashkent of a similar standard often don't have one.
4. It's close to both the airport and the long-distance train station, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride.
5. The breakfast is wonderful! The dining area isn't huge, but there's a wide variety of delicious food.
It's centrally located, making it convenient to go anywhere. This will definitely become my go-to hotel in the future.

Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

TTokyoJeffRoom was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice.
Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels.
I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

CChou VinhhongI checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room
Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee.
Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were excellent, always ready to answer any questions. The location is great, not far from the subway, bus stops, and the train station, and you can even get there by bus from the airport. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, plus there's a pool and a smoking area. The price was fair, and the self-service breakfast was free, on time, and offered a good variety. I stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu changed a bit each day, definitely worth the price! Plus, there's parking available.

DDeanSFinding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

RrasysyarifahThe location is great and of course very easy to find. The building itself is iconic, and while the furniture is quite old, the overall stay was still comfortable and the bed was soft. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice as well.
One thing to note is that the air conditioner is built into the desk under the TV, which can be a bit confusing if you don’t know where it is or how to adjust it 😂
I arrived around midnight, and the check-in queue took quite a while because there was an issue with the guest before me. The receptionist was not very efficient in handling the situation, which was a bit frustrating since I was already tired. However, my own check-in process was very quick once it was my turn.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel if you want the experience of staying in a classic Soviet-style hotel.
